Try an app called cards

If it can copy my bank card, it'll be able to copy a hotel key card.
It's an app to back up all your cards, including RFID and NFC tags and cards.
I use it on my phone because my phone is not a big name phone and Google pay won't run on it. But this does and works fine with my bank card.
I think third party apps like the Cards app can do it, but it would be nice to have a first party app to deal with potentially very sensitive data like this.
I found this app called Cards (I'll put the link below). Supposed to be sort of a wallet for all your debit/credit /loyalty and all NFC enabled cards. When i first installed it, was surprised to see local cards from the list and was able to add my cards like MCB debit, metro express card, etc.....(basically everything that's tap and pay) I just have to try it to see if the tap and pay actually works. Its not AP or SP but it looks quite similar.

NFS tools made that option pro or something, I'm using this now
I removed it since I was able to use Party.
I think it was this one though? Apparently not made by OP but preinstalled and "Shelf compatible".

I'm not sure that's necessarily true. Take a look at this app. They managed to do what I'm asking about and they certainly aren't a large financial entity.
Have you checked out the "Cards" app? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cardsapp.android
Depends on the NFC hardware/software in your phone.
You can try an app like this one.

iirc, card allows you to add custom cards (or photos/pdfs) and the app can be locked with a pin/fingerprint.

What about this ? Your android must have NFC.
This app seems to have much of the same behavior. I can't say that it's safer or more private, but it's not a Google product, which is a first step
