Memory management on Kit Kat is really poor. Unfortunately, there are still issues in Lollipop (better - not perfect). IMO CM Browser works well on the Moto G.
At first it was chrome. Then I went Dolphin, but some functionality was quirky at times, still good browser.
Right now i'm using Cheetah, and it's a pretty solid browser. I like it a lot.

As the comments point out it seems to be a fake version of CM Browser. Wikipedia says the official site (English) is www.cmcm.com which in turn redirects to this broken Google Play link. A look at the Chinese website gives me the impression CM Browser is now desktop-only.

Try CM browser. I know it's by cheetah mobile but hear me out. It's actually the best browser I've used on Android. The tab views are nice it's super smooth it has ad block and everything loads so fast. It's underrated and I understand why. But I think cheetah mobile got it right this time
