I recognize you! I think you gave feedback on an earlier build or two. Cloud saves are fully fixed now btw, so if your issue was related to that all might not be lost?

Fair enough bud, thank you for the detailed feedback. One of the suggested new features is "shops", basically traders that have unlimited stock of essentials (such as ore & silk), but charge a higher rate. It sounds like these would have made the game a bit better for you, so I'll see if I can get them into the next release.
Since I'm fully self-promoting now, you might also like to check out my puzzle game City Flow! No IAPs required, it's only been out a week or two.

Absolutely. Do I have any other option? Nope, at least not within my budget. > >Thank you for all your support and advice, I'm as sorry as anyone about the outcome! > >Feel free to give the game a go, and make sure to check your game's market for any ridiculous one-word trademarks before launch! > >Jake > >---- > >Edit: As pointed out in the comments, I guess "I lost" isn't accurate, even if it feels like it. I chose not to mount a legal case, because the game had earned <$100, and wasn't available for download until the issue was resolved. I decided on letting people playing the game under a new name ASAP, not fighting an expensive legal battle.

Hey,
Update here, but basically the game is renamed and available again :)
Since I can see someone else self-promoting, I'll poke my nose in here..!
My recently released game City Flow comes with 235 levels, and also features a level generator for pretty much endless levels. Levels can also be shared / imported with other users!
