Kind of hard to know what you're looking for. Any examples of what you like?
I've tried hundreds of packs and always come back to one that hasn't been updated in years. I think it's beautiful, and the apps that aren't themed because they're to "new" get a mask that makes them disappear amongst the other apps without making them hard to find.
