You might try linguee. It is a dictionary like dict.cc,but also gives you real text examples from third party sources. Those sources are not checked, but for advanced users can be a plus.

I used to have this dictionary app and it does integrate with your phone to automatically add words you tap into the clipboard and i remember even showing an option to automatically search for them on this app.
Even better, the app has an option to download the entire language dictionary onto your SD card for offline access making it faster.
Google translate can help you know how they are pronounced
this app could do it too I think I use their website a lot for translation and to see examples. You can listen to the pronounciation both in brazillian portuguese and in european on their site, I guess their mobile version should have that too
Try Linguee: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.linguee.linguee
There are at least popups, if I remember correctly. Or write with translation feature of SwiftKey keyboard.
I checked that one and you are right it has not translation but I think it is because of the etymology of the word.
I had seen other cases in which there was no English translation but there was an Spanish one, so I might have overlooked it because I would use the Spanish one.
Another alternative is Lingue you can download the language pack to the SD card for offline access, but the Spanish on that one is still under construction, although it will most of the times show at least the plain translation without examples.

Hi, glad you want to learn our Language !
Bonjour, bien heureux que vous souhaitiez apprendre notre Language !

You can try Linguee it is on the appstore and android

In French, "ON" is impersonal BUT it's widely used as a replacement for "NOUS"

On = Plural 'It' : On est quinze ici. (EST is singular 3rd person ÊTRE)
but
On = One : "One doesn't simply walk into mordor" = "On ne peut pas simplement se rendre à pied au Mordor"

You should not use it so often.
"On est" = "We be"
"On est" =/= "Thing/this/that + Be"

"On est ici" = "We be here"
"On est parti" = "We be left"
"Nous sommes partis" = "We (have) left"

Okay now you know this, you might actually want to learn proper French, and use NOUS, instead of ON, because you're a foreigner you'll actually learn to speak better literature French. And yeah there's no good APP to learn French (I don't suggest duolingo since it's a mess and not a good product)

And how my English teacher used to say: "Now take a shit of paper" (we did not know the word "sheet" but we knew "shit" by the time)
I personally like Linguee. Clean design and have sentence examples, very useful.
