If anyone else is an idiot, like me, and wants instructions, install the Disney app Play Store Link and connect it through the Disney app.
Disney has their own movie app - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.disney.disneymoviesanywhere_goo if you have Android. Probably called the same thing on iPhone - Disney Movies Anywhere.
Disney has a service that allows you to buy their movies anywhere, then link where you bought it to Disney for verification, and then the movie will be available anywhere else you have linked.

I'm pretty sure this is a Disney Movies Anywhere thing, and that app <em>is</em> available on Android.
