It's free with a premium membership, I'm not sure about the benefits but I remember it gives you a shopping list for the whole week meals.

You can put how many calories you want to consume, how many meals and snacks you want to have, what type of diet you'd like to follow (vegetarian, keto, etc), and it will give you meals/snacks suggestions. It's free, but if you pay for it, you'll get extra stuff like putting in it whatever ingredients you have in the house.

Basically works exactly as the above comment described, but you have to actually go to the store to get ingredients.

Fill in a bunch of detailed info about your diet and other related data and it generates a meal plan with recipes and tells you what to buy.

Hope this can help, don't use it myself because I'm too lazy, but it drew me in with a cute/trustworthy/genuine vibe so I'd recommend it...
