One quick look at fashion trends and "style" feeds on instagram would show you the editing is pretty standard. People use filters/apps like facetune that do this for them.
Facetune is also $0.10 and they mention it's in honor of Google Play's 3rd birthday. I wonder if this will be similar to a couple of years ago where a number of apps were $0.10 in celebration of some Google milestone I can't remember.

Facetune is around 5 dollaes if you want to edit out small details its good like skin or remove small pock marks, also has the ability to use warping and its on the phone. We all don't choose our worst pictures so I understand why , as Long as u don't go over board its good, at least to understand a bit of the photo manipulation side of things
