I use Gameye. It's okay, simple to use and has everything I need. I've been using it for what feels like a long time and I don't have any major issues.
I tried out a few apps at the same time and this one won out. You can add digital games, but the app is really designed with physical copies in mind. Most of the highlight features like market prices and your collection's value are only available for physical copies.
Gameye
Works great especially when I'm out looking at buying things and want to make sure I have it and also what the going prices are.

It's an app that keeps track your collection. It's pretty nifty. You can scan the barcode of your games at add them, add notes, rate condition and tells you average price (I think pricecharting numbers) based on what you have. It can be found Here.
i'm using Gameye
if you're using iOS (or Android), the app Gameye uses The Games DB as it's central source of game data. Has info manually added to include special editions to keep the list as thorough as possible.
Check out GamEye VG @ https://www.facebook.com/GAMEYEVG/
Can be downloaded on Iphone or Android. Best way to keep track of your collection + tons of other useful information including game count, sealed, loose, cib, average price , game collection value, etc.

quick Google search - try GAMEYE. I know nothing about it but it seems to fit what you were looking for.
GAMEYE!! It’s out for iOS too with a website coming!
why use that where you have to make the entries yourself when you can use so many other free methods designed specifically for video game tracking?

AJ was talking about GAMEYE for a second there...really handy app.
It kind of depends.
The three that I like are just using google sheets. There is a custom one I made that can be found on this wiki page here
Completionator is also a great option. It is also made by a user here /u/moho_00
As /u/Psych0matt said, GameEye android / ios that /u/GAMEYE_OP made.
There are many others all over the interenet like http://vgcollect.com/.
It just kind of depends on what you want.
I use google sheets because it does what I want.
