If you aren't talking about "Idle" games, the only other game that i can think of that fits your description would be Godville, which calls itself a zero player game. The character is your worshipper. You tell him/her to go out and adventure and check up an them when you feel like it. Maybe resurrect them when they die, inspire them to go out more, demand more "worship".
Godville is exactly that.
You're a God to a single Follower and every so often your follower will pray to you giving you power. You can use the power to heal or harm your follower. Mines 3 years and 9months old.
Your follower will fight creatures, trade for new gear, get drunk at the tavern, build a temple for you, and even learn special abilities. You can get a pet, join a guild and add friends which will interact every once in a while.
I have like 15 friend invites if anyone wants one.

godville is pretty much as idle as you can get. I go back to it every couple of years to check in
You should check out Godville very limited interaction but a blast to watch.
