it has a move list but it doesnt mention anything about frame data
you should download an app called Gunframe once you get the game, it shows you everything you need to know about the moves, It even has a punish menu

Thanks for the mention, but I actually stopped working on this project, being that I couldn't get a full set of up to date data, as well as all my frame data app needs got fulfilled as the IJ2 framedata is on the GunFrame app now.
Dustloop is a good source, although some entries are missing. Same goes for GunframeZ if you have an Android device. I don't believe there's a Mac equivalent.
Otherwise you can dig around the r/dragonballfighterz discord and check character gudies. Some of them list frame data.
Way faster, since there's a great deal of new tools to help, nowadays. Not only with games featuring framedata and hitbox display in training mode, like Skullgirls, Killer Instinct and others, but also with the PC versions of the game, allowing clever programmers to make scripts to quickly collect data out of the game.
Now, instead of going to forums, you have things like GunFrame, FAT or Tekken Chicken, grouping the data in nice free mobile apps, available for all. It takes a lot of work to both make the app and bringing it up-to-date, following all the changes made by the game.
