I use Hostspot shield premium. It costs me around ₹7000 yearly but my friends also helping me in this subscription since it can be used in 5 devices ( using in 2 pcs and 3 mobiles) with a single account after buying premium , so it doesn't feel expensive.
Zedge has been banned in India for a long time. But I can access Zedge on Chrome (PC) on Airtel Broadband. But I can not access it on my Android Smartphone. (Weird?)
I use Hotspot Shield VPN to access it.
I used this VPN, but it only has the option of one virtual location (US) and now I cannot switch back to Netflix UK, even when I turn the vpn off.
This is what i use.
God i feel like a drug dealer selling to kids >.< but yeah it should allow you to set your IP to an indian one.

You could try something like Hotspot Shield.
MinMinGuard doesn't block twitter ads, i can still see ads on my timeline, Adaway is the best adblocker out there for android phone. But off course Adaway is a VPN service so you can't use a VPN premium services like (Hotspot shield).
