I think you can access issuetracker but not the videos etc. Attachments are made restricted by default. Suggest you to make the same for your issue for your own privacy.

We have an app called disney+hotstar. The regular subscription gives sports news and some free tv stuff. Premium category bundles up disney+, hbo and some some other catelogues.

Star sports packages aren't out yet. They have introduced a free app called hotstar on which you can stream for free. alternatively you can also go to hotstar.com and watch games there.

only drawback with this is that the stream is 5 minutes behind.
