I've used Impetus to schedule whole days out. You can have it speak so you don't have to look at your phone to see what interval you're starting. Some of the most productive days I've ever had, but you end up feeling a bit like a robot after a few hours.
I used various interval timers on android, but my favourite so far has been the Impetus interval timer, since I can map the whole workout in advance and not lose time in between sets. The RR with it looks like this, and it's the most customizable timer I could find, but unfortunately it hasn't seen an update in a while - if anyone knows a better one I'd love to know!
Impetus. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fi.ohra.impetus You can set each timer in it. There is no better. You can also use the tasker, but I don't know if it makes sense to use the tasker specifically for this.
I have previously used Impetus for interval running, and it had some nice features:
You are able to specify loops (i.e., want to do 5 sets of 30s training, and then 1 minute break? Just put the 30 seconds and 1 minute block into a loop and let it run 5 times), and even pyramids.
Voice output whenever a new block starts.
Both were awesome for running, since I used my phone and earplugs anyway to hear music.
Haven't used it for quite some time now though, not sure if there are better apps now.
Impetus works great for this once you get it setup. There is a free version and a paid version. (Not the developer just a satisfied customer). https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=fi.ohra.impetus
I carry my phone with me just to time myself, using Impetus. ;_; No selfie I swear on me mum.
Okay, I originally said this to someone who I thought was someone else but it won't make sense if I say it to the correct person. Fuck it, new root comment. Also pushing a sub, just delete the post it if it breaks a guideline, it's all good. I could rework the post but I'm on mobile so copy/paste is hell in this way.
If you're the type that has difficulty getting out to the gym, or you spend a lot of time sitting in front of a computer and not much on your body, you may find the recommended routine (non mobile link)
on /r/bodyweightfitness to be of use.
Because it's designed to be progressed through, each exercise has different stages that apply to different fitness levels.
I use Impetus Interval Timer to create timers that tell me when to switch to the next movement. It's pretty good, and you aren't limited on the free version like most apps similar to it.
I started as a bean pole, and while I'm still pretty lanky I have decent muscle just about everywhere. I can now comfortably lift children and teenagers and I'm never sore from living my life now.
Impetus Easily programable with your own sequences and many built in already!
Use a programmable timer app so you don't waste time. I use Impetus personally.
I use an app called Impetus. It's infinitely customizable. Best timer app I've ever seen.

You can set your own interval and are not restricted to pre-set routines
Not a direct answer, but you may be able to get the Impetus Timer to work for what you need.
I use the Impetus app, which has worked out great for me.
