I work for a service called Instacart that basically does that. It's not available everywhere right now (Chicago, some parts of Washington, New York, San Francisco, Low Angeles, some others), but it's basically Uber or Lyft, but for groceries. You put an order in for one of a particular set of stores (Whole Foods, Ralph's, Costco, Gelson's, and some local places) and one of the shoppers jumps over there, picks up your order, finds replacements for the stuff that's out or not carried at that location, calls you with the changes for approval, then runs them to your address. Delivery fees can be as low as 5 bucks. It's pretty laid back work, too. Can be a little soulless, but isn't as annoying as chauffeuring drunk people around, and doesn't require your car to be all new and shiny.

EDIT: my favorite part about this over something like Amazon Fresh is that the shopper can replace stuff, OR take special requests for things that AF might not be able to do. Want a sandwich from the deli, or a cup of soup? Put a request in and they'll grab that, too.

Instacart is like Doordash except instead of someone picking up fast food and delivering it they pick up groceries and deliver them.
There's also an app that I'm pretty sure is also on ios as well as android.
