This is a free, open source Keyboard I made that allows you to enter/reply with common words and phrases (fully customisable) with a single tap. Recent update included colour schemes and now a limitless number of custom keys.
I initially made it to replay to conversations when I'm busy, but only yesterday got an email from someone who uses it to input email addresses - so clearly the possibilities are infinite.
Hello,
Developer of kboard here. Thanks for the mention /u/shiguoxian
I did rather unfortunately make the exact same app the week before seeing LazyBoard on /r/AndroidApps. I would have loved to post it here, but wasn't allowed to post - also rather unfortunate. Freak coincidence, I'm sure.
To answer the confusion - you can in fact customise the keys on kboard. "That's what she said" is on my current favourite key setup :) You can also send without having to press enter/send, which took me ages to figure out which I thought was pretty neat! It's all free too - don't really have any plans to monetise - it was really just something I made for my own amusement that turned out pretty cool. While I'd secretly love for it to go viral, I'm guessing that probably won't happen after what's transpired here.
I'd love for you all to try it. In fact try both apps out. Any feedback or ideas to make it better would be great!
Thanks!
I made this app a year ago today, and it's the only thing I've ever made that I'm still using to date!

You might be able to do that with this open source programmable keyboard.

It is also in the IzzyOnDroid F-Droid repo.
This lets you issue curl commands, so if there is a password generating site you like you could make a key that generates the password from the keyboard.
Edit: this would still require you to switch keyboards using the built in keyboard switcher because this keyboard doesn't have a built in full keyboard yet.
This isn't really a conventional solution: kboard is a keyboard that you can pre-program some keys with some common phrases/sentences (i.e. press a key rather than having to type out lots). Obviously not useful for everything, but might make some things easier.
kboard might be along the lines of what you're looking for.
Getting the layout exactly how you want it will definitely take some setting up, but once you do it's all smooth sailing.
I wrote kboard last weekend - which, in theory, can be customised with whatever text you want, so could be used for drake quotes. I use it to add a quick way to say "That's what she said last night"

I know it's probably futile now - but here's a link to the conveniently similar app I made a couple weeks ago.

You can customise it. It's free. I may as well just open source it now since there's literally no point. Good luck with LazyBoard though!
I recently made a custom keyboard called kboard that was intended to quickly respond to conversations. All the keys are customisable so it can also be used for e.g. frequent hashtags, custom emoji etc

kboard makes (not) typing a joy
It may not be as smart as Allo's auto-suggestions, but I use Kboard to reply to people with one click -

I don't know if this is a conspiracy or wild coincidence- but I literally made/posted the same thing last week :/ - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adgad.kboard
There's kboard (Github, F-Droid) which is basically just a board where you can pin entries (works very much like the custom clipboard). It's functionality goes way beyond that, you can program certain buttons for example to return a random cat fact, or to fetch information from wolfram alpha (very similar to a quick googling on gboard). If you want more info on its features, I recommend you check out the witty and well-written description on the Play Store.
However, there is a downside; kboard does not include a standard keyboard. That means you would have switch between two keyboards (as you would between two different language keyboards) to access your customised clipboard. I don't see this as a problem per se, especially if you customise your other keyboard to have an accessible key to change layouts, but I understand this could be a drawback in some use cases.
kboard. 100% custom + curl commands
Not a good idea for your primary keyboard, but this could be useful as a secondary one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adgad.kboard
For those who are interested in the question - I did not find the ideal solution, but I stopped at kboard.

I think it's android only.
