Hands down without a doubt Lunescope. It provides a beautiful watchface of the moon in it's current phase for your location. It has a complication too that will show as a live widget.

I like lunescope it lets me see the phase of the moon as a realistic image of the moon on the background of my phone
I highly recommend downloading Moon Phase Pro for all you Moon lovers out there.
