Yep, Here's one that I have tried, NAVIER HUD. You have to have the brightness quite high and actually works better with a tablet (bigger screen) bu you have to have a flat surface to put it on - which goes the same for OP's product.
I have actually only tried the HUD for the novelty, don't know about the GPS side.
Also, it kind of works only during the night.
A nice head unit with AUX, USB and Bluetooth for calls and wireless music. Maybe a nice anti slip mat so your phone doesn't fly all over the place, maybe an app that turns your phone in a head up display. this is the one I use
They're pretty self explanatory. Get an old phone, load the HUD app of your choosing, put it in HUD mode, place it on your dash so that it reflects off of your windshield.
Here's one for Android that I've been looking into.
Honestly, they dont work half the time. My dad had a 08 Vette with it, It was impossible to read in the Texas sun.
On the other hand, it was fantastic at night.
Bonus, You can install this on your phone to get a HUD in any car just by placing your phone on the dash.
I used this one a few times, although just as a gimmick. I had a good phone holder at the time, and had no way to make my phone not move around while lying on my dashboard.
