I've been using Newsblur for many, many years and it's incredible. Highly recommended. After Google Reader shutdown I searched extensively for anything that came close, and none of the popular ones really did. But Newsblur is, imo, even better which I didn't think I'd ever find.
I've been paying for it for so long I honestly don't know what features are free or premium so hopefully the free version is good enough for you to learn to love it. Worth ever penny to me.
Not the last time I checked. However, every story has an RSS feed associated with it, meaning you can track them with any RSS app you like. I use NewsBlur, but I'm sure there are others.
I discovered that the above app works really well in combination with an RSS reader too. I use NewsBlur...

When I long-press on a story I can tap "Send story to..." and of course Upload To Kindle will be one of the choices.
In the rightmost column of NewsBlur feed reader's web interface on clicking on EMAIL NEWSLETTERS one gets the following:
"Setup instructions To read your email newsletters in NewsBlur, forward your newsletters to your custom email address shown above. In Gmail, go to Settings > Forwarding and click on Add a forwarding address. Add your custom NewsBlur email address. Gmail will walk you through confirming the email address. You'll want to come back to NewsBlur and look for the confirmation email under the "Newsletters" folder. Next [in Gmail], create a filter with all of your newsletters so that they forward to the custom address on NewsBlur."
I'm going to give this a try.
There also is a NewsBlur Android app
Thanks for asking the question - will help me solve one of my own todos :)
PS
Sofar I've mainly used NewsBlur for quickly subscribing to Reddit subreddits and threads by adding a ".rss" at the end.
Switched to NewsBlur the moment Google announced they were killing Reader. It's the most Reader-like service I've found and the app is pretty solid. The web version rocks, too.
Newsblur is a subscription service that is a replacement for the old Google Reader. It costs $25 per year. I've tried to use free and ad-supported readers, but the designers get too clever in trying to make it pretty. Newsblur is heavy on text and lets me navigate without a lot of hassle.
Shortyz is a great app for solving crossword puzzles. Has direct downloads of the major English puzzle sites. It's been around for years and the developer updates it frequently.
OSMand for navigating when off-line. Absolutely crucial when you live in the middle of nowhere or are vacationing somewhere outside your data plan.
I like newsblur, on android and in browser: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.newsblur&hl=en
kinda like feedly
Take a look at NewsBlur / Android app
...you can teach it your preferences every time you read a story. When you like or dislike something you read, you can click the button at the bottom that says “Train This Story.” You’ll be presented with a whole list of characteristics about the story, including the author, the title, any tags, the blog...
...The more you train NewsBlur, the more able it is to dish up stories that suit your interests. So if you read a blog that covers both politics and sports, but you only like politics, or a blog where you love Author A’s work but not Author B or Author C’s, NewsBlur will only give you stories about politics and stories by Author A...
It turns out that ...
your opml is perfectly fine ...
Inoreader does import the opml fine ....
BUT Inoreader doesn't show past posts very far back unless the feed already had been subscribed to by somebody else previously.
Therefore your search for "arcteryx beta"
... has only 1 result
post id: 6753938131 posted: 2 months ago updated: about a month ago
and thus doesn't show up in Inoreader UNTIL a new item is posted for sale.
However if you for testing purposes change your search from "arcteryx beta" to "jacket"
and your opml to ...
<opml version="2.0"> <body> <outline text="Subscriptions" title="Subscriptions"> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=101&nearbyArea=128&nearbyArea=171&nearbyArea=253&nearbyArea=254&nearbyArea=272&nearbyArea=274&nearbyArea=289&nearbyArea=290&...' /></outline> </body> </opml>
... you will quickly see results in Inoreader.
I would also suggest trying to split up your opml by "nearbyArea" to see if you get more granular results as follows:
<opml version="2.0"> <body> <outline text="Craigslist" title="Craigslist"> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=101&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=128&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=171&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=253&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=254&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=272&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=274&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=289&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=290&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=291&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=323&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=335&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=336&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=353&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=36&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=366&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=367&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=41&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=446&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=447&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=457&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=462&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=464&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=48&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=60&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=61&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=634&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> <outline xmlUrl='https://fayetteville.craigslist.org/search/sss?format=rss&max_price=200&nearbyArea=712&query=arcteryx%20beta&searchNearby=1&sort=date' /> </outline> </body> </opml>
You could also import your opml into the free NewsBlur
as it will show you results faster including the 1 older result

So I believe the problem has nothing to do with the Aggregator rules you created(they are correct) ...
... but with Android devices "battery saving mode" disabling apps running in the background!
(different names depending on device & Android version)
I've been following my filtered Aggregator feed using the Andrioid Aggregator app on my chromebook - no battery saving mode - and the results have been correct - about 14 since Feb, 16th.
A little while ago I checked the same filtered feed in the Aggregator app on my Android tablet and it showed only 4 results since Feb. 16th.
So I went into the feed in Aggregator and clicked on "Feed update history" PNG both on my tablet and on my chromebook and immediately saw the problem:
chromebook update history1 history2 ... history3
tablet update history1 history2 ... many missing updates.
Since then I've removed Aggregator from Battery Saving and will monitor how it develops.
However I am now just going to follow the filtered feed I created for myself a while back using siftrss.com and have subscribed to in the Web version of Newsblur - it is working well.
I suggest you also use the web version of Newsblur(64 free feeds) to subscribe to the 3 filtered feeds ( /vpn|xbox/i ) I created for you using siftrss:
SlickDeals_Frontpage.png feed: https://siftrss.com/f/nb6PGw97obQ
SlickDeals_Popular.png feed: https://siftrss.com/f/zJRZQWKvVYP
SlickDeals_Trending.png feed: https://siftrss.com/f/NrM5L77ddbY
They seem to be running fine - so far only finding entries for xbox.
No results for vpn yet - I searched all three original unfiltered feeds back to Feb 19th ... 200-500 entries each and couldn't find any vpn entries ... so I guess they don't occur often.
Let me know how it works out for you.
I would stick with the web version of Newsblur until you are satisfied with the results before installing their free app
I wouldn't recommend Inoreader as they don't refresh feeds like these as often as Newsblur does.
