I couldn't find it either, but the NHL website's Flames section (https://www.nhl.com/flames/team/mobile-app-canada) links to this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nhl.gc1112.free (this link is for android).
I signed up and it looks like the split squad games can be streamed through this app.
EDIT: this app is trash and also asks for BS sketchy permissions while forcing you to agree to give away far too much personal info for collection. Uninstalled it and will watch the streams directly on flames website.
The official NHL app has both home and away radio feeds. Works great.
Oh wow that's bad lol.
Maybe a direct link would work? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nhl.gc1112.free&hl=en
NHL Gamecenter would be great.
But not that app listed. It's shite. A dedicated NHL app for watching games etc.
Yeah it looks like it's the same app available on phones and tablets is now also on AndroidTV OS

(I've also uploaded screenshots of these steps at https://imgur.com/a/xzlKF)
Open NHL for Android.
Tap "≡".
Scroll down and open "Settings".
Scroll down all the way and open "MyRogers Login" (do not use the "Login" setting).
Login with your Rogers credentials and accept the terms of service.
After following these steps, you'll be able to login using the web version as well.
Do not try to login with your account for the first time using the website. There appears to be some back-end issues (getting 403 and 504 errors when I manually submit a POST request to accept the ToS).

Fits in one's pocket. Is available everywhere.
