Yep! The game is "Magikarp Jump," a recent release by The Pokémon Company. Strangely addicting, yet so simple...
Magikarp already had his own game.

It's not a match 3 or anything, but Magikarp Jump is a lot of fun and doesn't have ads. You can buy in-game currency but you absolutely don't have to in order to progress.

Howdy, the game does look pretty interesting, and I'm curious about how you'll handle two things that are usually notoriously in this type of game, the money system and the relationship system. The video doesn't touch much on the villagers other than just showing that they're animals/robots. I'm assuming dialogue is one of the last things to add to the pot? I bring up the money system because most games either undershoot where they punish the player into playing the game a certain way if they want to do anything, or they make everything cheap and easy to sell so that it doesn't matter what it is, random junk you scraped off the sidewalk, you can sell it for xxx coins/gold.
Neither extreme is favorable because if you do nothing and get rewarded then it doesn't feel very rewarding and people won't continue to play the game after awhile. Good if you're just in it for shock sales, but you won't get word of mouth and your sales will die out fairly quickly.
I am curious also curious how you'll handle co-op mode. Is it going to be a network system or a one time system? Stardew obviously has it where both players start a co-op game and both live on the same farm. Will Everafter do the same or will it be more like the Visit function from Animal Crossing where you only sometimes visit with your friend?
Overall I have to say I liked the trailer, art assets are cutesy, but for some reason remind me of Magikarp Jump -- google play store link. I know you're probably late into development but maybe changing some of the text boxes/buttons so it's more unique may help you avoid legal challenges.
I look forward to seeing this whenever it pops up, thanks for creating it!

The 2 berry method is not unlocking any new berries and only upgrading the first two

There is still "Magikarp Jump" on the playstore LINK from the Pokemon company. Definitely looks like a new summer hit!
I'm not sure why you want a apk for it as the game is free on both iOS and Android.
But you could try Mobilism, or APK Downloader.
