For context, I made this when I was playing skribbl.io with my friend and he made a comic to represent the word "Spartacus" in 160 seconds. In retaliation I made this. I am not sorry in the slightest.
After playing through the story and learning a bit of his personality, Yuwan is definitely no Jace. First, Jace's primary weapons are telepathy and illusions, not artifice. Second, Jace is is not an edgy, vengeance-fueled martyr archetype.
Yuwan's more of a Daretti or Tezzeret than a Jace, if we wanted to parallel MTG.
So sorry to hear this. I hope your account gets unrestricted soon.
Only thing I can think of is that your Steam account might have been compromised. There was a giant data leak this month, you may want to check your Steam e-mail account on https://haveibeenpwned.com/ .
Yeah, Japan uses Arisa as their icon on both DMM and the Play Store.
I'm guessing they want to grab the western audience who would rather look at some dude in hulking armor, while the people who look past that would already know about the waifu leaders, or just want to try Japanese Hearthstone regardless
I got this commission paid for and done by this person. Go check them out. They cool.

do slow mouse movements and actions so the script movements wont get out of sync if your computer lags overnight.
Significantly less treacherous, though. And not subservient to an giant Dragon. Though he is a former minion of a Big Bad.. Hmm.. Maybe there's some Sarkhan in him as well?
Hey friend! You can use Snipping Tool to only export a picture of the active window, it's built in in Win7, which you seem to be using. Try it out, it'll make your life easier!

These are the liquefy lists I recommend people to look at and form their own opinion. Have you done any re-rolling? Its a shame if you already spent money without doing proper rerolls.
They're called "Johnny" cards and are a challenge for players who want to try and build a deck around a unique mechanic.

I might not have the T2 flairs, but I have played at least a couple hundred T2 runs by now, so I'd like to think I have a decent understanding of the meta. Moon/Sun is a really, really, good card, probably one of the top 5 legends/golds you want to see in any draft, for any class. That being said, there are ways to play around it. You have to keep in mind that playing it at any point is essentially devaluing your current turn for a future investment. Both on turn 3 and 7 (especially 7), Moon and Sun as a single card is poor value, the reason it's good is being able to play it again. A 2/2 with a non-board impactful clash is terrible on 3, and a 3/1 is even worse in certain matchups like against Rune. The way to beat this card is just to bait out board clears and evolves until they can't respond quickly enough. Nearly every game is a battle between tempo and value, and the player that evaluates this wrongly WILL LOSE (see this article for more information https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/level-one/tempo-card-advantage-delicate-balance-2014-11-17.). If you see your opponent drop Moon/Sun, immediately evaluate the number of evolves they have, what bronze/silver rarity removal they have, and PUT THE PRESSURE ON. Never underestimate the effectiveness of pressure in forcing suboptimal plays in SV.
I won't deny that Moon/Sun is an incredibly powerful card, but the first response to a strong card should not be to call for a ban but to consider counterplay options. There will be bad drafts, that's the nature of T2. And you should consider yourself lucky if you see Moon/Sun next to another good card. But I think you'll find plenty of good T2 decks that don't have any copies of it. It's far from a centralizing force in the meta.
Fuck your condescension, cunt. I have a career, I don't need to go back to school for barista credentials. Dictionaries are free now by the way, I highly recommend you use one next time you feel like losing a grammar argument to a chef.
Ok so you'll either have to make a Japanese play store account or download Qooapp through your browser. I recommend Qooapp. It's basically just a Play store for Japanese, English, and Korean mobile games.
https://apps.qoo-app.com/en/app/880/QooApp
This is the link for the download. Don't worry it's completely safe. I've had it on multiple phones for years and have never had any problems.
I'm going for a elana haven lately, this is the list I'm running. https://tinyurl.com/yb9ohffk Is not final by any means (But since my packs have been only bronze and silver mostly, with some gold and legendary exceptions, I'm trying to compete with kinda old decks) =_=
https://tinyurl.com/lq728gv
I dont have enough Soul Dominators but Alucard is good replacement.
Against aggro decks u want keep ur Wards, Yurius and Angels. Against Control decks you want Smorc cards and Bloodfeed Flowerbeed as soon as possible. That amulet can provide you win before 6th turn.
For anyone who still can't install on android:
Download the xapk from pureapk:
https://apkpure.com/shadowverse/com.cygames.Shadowverse
Then follow these steps: http://www.androidswift.net/how-to-install-xapk-file-in-android-phone-tablet/
I'm gonna try this on bluestacks to see if it works.
For the UnityEX, you need to choose all the files and then right-click them and press export with convert.
For the tools you can use Gimp and https://pixlr.com/editor/ for fixing the glow-y problem you'll encounter when you start editing the .dds file. If you want a more complicated mod I think you'll need Unity itself, but I'm not 100% sure about what to do with it and if it'll work, so I don't recommend that. If you go with Unity I can try and help you, but keep in mind I never actually made a leader mod, just messed around with the files.

^ Liquefy lists.
The expansion is more or less a month away. Sword and Shadow pre-cons are fine. Buying multiple copies of them will give you most of the important golds in the 2 crafts.
If you can, I recommending keeping this while trying to reroll on an emulator as well.
Not my list but this has been really useful as a new player. https://www.docdroid.net/yseBl96/emper0rtimes-liquefy-list-1-8-2017-rob-updated-.pdf.html
Credit's to /u/Emper0rTime for the awesome list.
Oh no my mistake. That app has english descriptions so i thought it's also provided in english. I found another app that works the same, here:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=jackall.svrecord&hl=en
Morning Star with black background and glowing lights.
Something like this. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.huunam0241.darkglow&hl=en
Meta is fine, new decks being discovered and played.
Mabinogi Duel - imho the best TCG out there with a really fair F2P model where you can earn rewards on a regular basis without spending any money. And it's a real TCG: players can offer their cards on the open market to other players and even direct player to player trades are possible if you live nearby other players (or spoof your GPS location).
Try it out: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.nexon.devcat.mabinogiduel.global&hl=en
BTW some ppl think that this game only offers PVE arenas, but thats wrong: you have to reach lvl 10 first to enter the PVP arena, where you play against other players in realtime.
It made it to the front page again, so you probably already seen it, but here is a link to the article in question.

I'm wondering if it has anything to do with the Netease getting breached.
I was checking through https://haveibeenpwned.com/ and seems like Netease accounts has been one of the largest breaches.
So that got me thinking, did the OP purchase one of those chinese leader skins(OP has mentioned about the release of the skins on a post several months ago), which is related with the Netease company. Maybe Netease has breached Cygames accounts and cygames has no other measure but to ban the accounts the netease has breached.
This is all just a speculation, but I really don't trust in that NETEASE company.
What sort of changes would you make from the list you ran for the blood decks you played against? In ladder in AA2 about 70% of the decks I play against are blood and some advice on card choices are always welcome. Here's the list I'm running currently, https://tinyurl.com/yanpgpv9 It seems to be working ok, giving me a positive win rate with it so far, but looking for a chance to improve it is something I always try to do.
You play it like a combo deck and stall until you can get the Twins up and active. If worst case comes to worst, then you blast them with Kaiser as your plan B. I've won a few games off the back of Kaiser that way.
Thanks for your input. I've made most of the changes you and Epix suggested. https://tinyurl.com/y7joc43u
My last three lost matches were mid sword, summit haven, and strangely enough, control neutral-ISH haven. (many of the same control oriented cards but also Hector, israfil, etc along with two straight turns of jungle wardens. I think I could have won this match up but he either had better resource management or better high roll luck because I was consistently outdone in the lategame in board control.)
I would say the mid sword and summit haven losses are what I could use advice with. I summarized what I find challenging about them above in my first post.
Also, added Yggdrasil but not sure how and when to use her. Obviously you can set up lethal in the next turn, use her for rush/healing, or card draw, but I'm more curious what and when to use those for. It seems like it'd be pretty rare you can just play a 7pp 2/6 without evoing or attacking without the board going relatively unanswered.
It's from Broken Tier's shirt store but you should hurry, it looks like they're on some kind of clearance (says "15 hours left" on that shirt and some others)
I think you fundamentally misunderstand what parasitic card design is. I'll just link you to the greats of CCG design (Ctrl+F "parasit") for an explanation.
You do not need parasitic card design to have distinct deck archetypes. Don't confuse the two concepts. Parasitic card design results in games that are just fundamentally trash, like Yugioh.
>One of the founding fathers of Magic writing and theory was Eric Taylor, who defined it like this: "Card advantage is any process by which a player obtains effectively more cards than his opponent."
You play Sammy and you give your opponent 1 free card, 2 if you evolve her. That is card advantage.
>Restored means the same thing as "return" or "to give back"
No, it doesn't at all. Not even the thesaurus would tell you anything like that. In order for something to be restored, it must be damaged in the first place. You do not "restore" an ancient sculpture or piece of art when it was in mint condition in the first place. The description of the card is plain wrong.
I did some testing and yeah its actually really odd. You can do everything in the game BUT drag cards. During gameplay all the buttons and stuff are clickable with a mouse and keyboard also works fine. This is on an android tablet mind you, and I have no idea what iOS is like. I might as well submit a ticket too and see what they say.
After more testing I do have a workaround for you, but it requires hardware that you may or may not have in the form of a decent PC and a router. Steam Link has full mouse and keyboard support and lets you stream all your Steam games to your tablet while sending your mouse and keyboard inputs back to your PC, which means you would be playing the PC version of Shadowverse on your tablet.
I would recommend checking out Steam Link even if you decide not to play SV as it may open up an expansive new avenue of gaming options for you. As a small footnote you will need to uncheck the "Remote Play Optimized" filter box when viewing your Steam library via Steam Link, as that check will hide the vast majority of your games including Shadowverse.
Edit: Just checked and you may even be able to play non steam games by adding them to your steam library. (Under the games tab on PC.) At the very least Starsector, an early alpha indie game not on any major platforms, worked fine for me.
One deck that will probably rise is Aggro forest, the deck it self does not need any golds, perhaps with the exception of Liza but she is more tech than a staple for the deck. Here is an example list (No legends and staircase is the only gold).
If by any chance you don't have staircase you can try playing spring-green protection (Synergy with Barrage and Guidance) or glimmering wings instead but keep in mind that a card like wings will make the deck slower and protection relies on Barrage and Guidance to help you draw.
There are some budget decks out there that can help you climb. I already posted these decks here but I'll do it again.
A solid forest deck I've been playing on AA with some decent success https://tinyurl.com/yd7w7mbj . Rose Queen is just a personal preference, kinda useless in the deck. Liza is a tech choice of mine but you can put any 2pp follower instead of her. I don't suggest triple Cassiopea tho. You either win thru pure board value or by some combo with roach.
A Daria tempo rune https://tinyurl.com/y9lqwruu , again playing it on AA with some decent success. Flame witch is more of a tech choice (And personal liking), you can add other cards instead of her, Clarke, and Rite o exorcism come to my mind.
You can also make a Midrange shadow if you have 2 or 3 celes of the night, Dark Bladefiend and Eachthar.
And there are also some legendless lists of storm haven you can try.
Standard has the most cards and several staples, while the rest of sets gives you extra options depending of the build you're aiming for. While Dragon can become the most expensive craft to become viable (Therefore avoid for now no matter how Tier 1 is right now), Aggro Blood is one of the cheapest competitive builds you can go for now as only requires 4-6 gold cards (And aren't that obligatory) and no legendaries.
Here's my Aggro build to give you an example: https://tinyurl.com/l4frmf7
Edit: fixed something in the decklist since was experimenting yesterday
They almost never reach 7th turn so Saha-Licufer-Israfil isnt a big deal. Here my deck : https://tinyurl.com/lq728gv Bloodfeed Flowerbeed can provide you so much pression especially if you start first and yes its only A2 but im climbing fast.
check my list on another comment, the strat against blood is to keep them out of vengeance, with your birds or mages ready to be buffed on turn 6, you really shouldn't give them a chance to play maelstrom, unless you brick, i haven't lost to a maelstrom blood yet though.
Sorry, reddit went down, here's my decklist.
There's probably room for improvement. The holy mages are very important to the list, you want to keep them stealthed to combo with Jeanne and the rabbits, that's where a big part of my damage has been coming from
It's not technically full storm, but the concept is still do big damage and win before turn 7
I can't think of the book off the top of my head at the moment, but here is the link to the MTG article series regarding card design, including the new set, so you can see what decisions went into card design: https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/columns/making-magic
I also own a book which helps more with playing Magic I bought a long time ago, and while it doesn't fully apply to Shadowverse it does speak about resources and balance in some chapters so if you can track down a free copy it has some relevant info: "Next Level Magic" by Patrick Chapin, I have an edition from 2010 I got when I ordered a ton of cards, but there must be an updated version, and probably some way to obtain it for free. It refers more to the playing of the game and deck building but also explains the different resources in regards to Magic and why certain effects are good or bad etc. If you can understand how to interpret that in the reverse (which would be reverse engineering a powerful or weak card) then you get some understanding of design philosophy as well in the tournament or practical playing space.
Oh yeah, expect all the flair to be updated by August 5th. I'm kinda busy irl, and I won't lie i'm spending a lot of my free time playing Fortnite and meme decks in Shadowverse.
I'm having a lot of fun with my mysteria burn rune in Rotation, it does well against most midrange decks and Dragon, but is quite mulligan-dependent against Aggro. Sometimes back-to-back Aboms steal you the game, but earlygame is mostly defensive. Once you've stabilised & played 1-2 Mysterias there's nothing much your opponent can do to prevent being burnt by t8-10, besides being outraced by Black Magnus & Safira (mutagenic can be useful for that).
Yeah , stalled with Zeus that had 6 evolves and then he ran out of cards and surrendered.
I was literally going to hit the surrender button because of how lucky he was to draw two Damians with NAM and then Hnikar did what he did.
But I don't know how to record more than that , the recording software I just tried " Medal.tv" records only the last seconds and it was annoying , the sound isn't pure , if you suggest me a better program I'll be thankful !
I doubt this was part of the choice by Cygames, but I rationalize it as Saber's character from Fate/Zero being so much about aspirations. Dragon is always straining toward more power (play point orbs) and control of power (Rowen story), which is the kind of ruler Saber/Arturia is, as explained from 3:30 onward in that one episode where they had a drinking party that was basically a philosophical dialogue.
If you want to really play safe and he uses an android phone, it is far easier to download some program that mirrors the android screen so that he can stream it alongside his desktop, just needing to turn usb debugging on if he can use something like scrcpy.
Hey,
Now's a great time to start. Here's a new player guide on getting the most out of the free stuff.
(Ignore the discussion of meta decks. It's outdated.)
Here's a description of Shadowverse terminology:
A new expansion is coming out in week and it'll take a while for the meta to stabilize after that.
This is what I have been using. Its probably not perfect but it should give you a decent idea of what to keep.
Got it off Amazon from 3rd party seller actually. Ichigo Ichie Japan is great, book was pretty much in new condition https://www.amazon.com/%E8%99%AB%E9%BA%BB%E5%91%82-ART-WORK-COLLECTION-%E4%BB%AE/dp/4758013659/ref=asc_df_4758013659/
This illustration was actually included in Hisakata Souji Artbook that was posted here a while ago. Amazon link
It's something specific to my mobile carrier but you can try to see if it works for you. I used a different app before but I can't remember the name.
