Shout out to Polarr that doesn't require a subscription to use the selective edits like LR does :)
(I do hope that they expand the list of phones that can use their LR Camera HDR Raw capture though!)
I've been using both Snapseed and Polarr recently. Snapseed is the better option for quick edits but Polarr might be the most detailed photo editor I've seen on Android. I'm able to do almost everything I can in Lightroom.
For those too lazy to check and not in the know (as I was), Polarr is a photo editor. There's a video on the Play Store page and you can try the web version for free. Gotta say this looks pretty awesome. I need a good touch-friendly photo editor on my Surface, it being a universal app means it'll be an instant buy for me.
I've been using Polarr on my laptop and iPhone, but they also have an Android version. Here's the link to the Play Store.
Polarr is a good alternative to the usual Snapseed and Lightroom recommendations: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=photo.editor.polarr&hl=en_CA

Used this briefly.
Looking at Darkroom online, Polarr looks pretty close. Play Store Link
Polarr is pretty great
Polarr I like it far better especially as a lightroom mobile alternative
It's called Polarr https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=photo.editor.polarr
Polarr does I believe
Snapseed is one of the most widely used Photo editing app but you should try Polarr it's pretty advanced and nifty.
