Si certamente.
Si può usare collegato in Wifi (più latenza) o tramite cavo USB.
Io mi sono trovato benissimo con questo Wired XDisplay
I use Splashtop Wired X display, and it works nicely. Slightly laggy, and you probably wouldn't want to do anything like watch video or play games, but it's handy as an extra display
You can use the stylus too, so you can scribble a drawing in Paint, etc

There's a free demo version (runs for 10 minutes) so you can see how well it works for you

I have used the splashtop app "wired display" with my K1 and it worked well as a secondary monitor over USB. It fully emulates a minute so I don't see why it wouldn't work as a primary monitor. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.splashtop.xdisplay.wired.pro
You could also install teamviewer on the PC you want to use and just remote desktop into it. It will work without a monitor plugged in. You could use the Android client or the PC client to view the server PC. This is my recommended method.
If you have a tablet, you could use it as an external touch screen for your PC, using an app like Duet for iOS or XDisplay for Android.
Then you could use a touch-based Garmin, like the Reality XP GTN that is available for both X-Plane and P3D. Alternatively there is also the Flight1 GTN for P3D.
The total cost would be under $100 including GTN and mobile app, but of course that doesn't include the cost of the tablet!
XDisplay is what I've been using and it works great. Not free though
It's a USB-C connection on both ends, using Wired XDisplay.
There's a trial version that works for 10 minutes to let you see if it'll work for you.
