I use this https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.freeyourmusic.stamp I paid for the extended use or what ever it's called, since I see so many cool playlists posted here. Figured it's only like 10 more seconds to post a link to the play list in the comments, so why not.
Edit: still need at least a free Spotify account to transfer them over
I use an app called stamp on Android. You do have to pay to unlock everything but it seems like all the transfer programs/apps have some sort of payment model. I use a free Spotify account to favorite the playlist then transfer it over to gpm. That app can pretty much convert between most music streaming services. I can't guarantee that I'll always be able to get to it right away but if you ever come across a playlist you want converted just tag me in a comment.
YouTube Music seems to have the same algorithms as YouTube, as I've clicked on a random music video by accident and now all it recommends is music by that artist. It's crazy.
There's an app on the Play Store called Stamp but if you want to transfer more than 10 songs you have to pay; it's a bit useless but the only app I've found so far that can transfer playlists.
There's an app on Android, and probably Apple too, called STAMP. Allows you to move your music library between services so you don't have to do it manually.

There's a service called Stamp. Looks like it went up (used to be $9.99 for lifetime), but I used it to transfer almost 2,500 songs between Spotify, Amazon Music, and Play Music. There was less than 20 songs it couldn't match, and it kept my playlists intact.
Well since it's possible on websites like this one I think an app should be able to do that aswell
Edit: I've just seen they even made an app for their service. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.freeyourmusic.stamp
You could use an app called Stamp that will transfer from spotify to google play. This is what i use at the moment and it works great. Although if you have 2FA ( two factor authentication ) set up on your Google account you will need to sync using an app specific password login, but the app explains all this and is very easy to use. Website https://freeyourmusic.com/ and android app link https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.freeyourmusic.stamp&utm_source=global_co&utm_medium=prtnr&utm_content=Mar2515&utm_campaign=PartBadge&pcampaignid=MKT-Other-global-all-co-prtnr-py-PartBadge-Mar2515-1 .Hope this helps.
This app will copy playlists from any music service to another. There's a desktop version too.
I think STAMP might help

There's a converter called STAMP, it's not perfect but it works fairly well. (Here is the link for their Android App) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.freeyourmusic.stamp
