Not OP but I've had success with the Photographer's ephemeris on Android. I have tried an AR app in the past that visualise the position of the moon throughout the day but can't remember the name of it.

I recommend The Photographer's Ephemeris. It's incredibly useful for calculating angles from the sun, sunrise/set times, moonrise/set times, and so on.
