toolbox is the swiss army knife of mods.
it's a blocklauncher addon, not a mod script...
one of the most handy uses is that you can kill off all the bats (or any mob, really) while in game.
if after playing for a bit, your world gets laggy, kill all the bats and you'll see an immediate 10-20 fps gain.
It still exists they just changed their app icon.

There is nothing such as a client for Android but there is app called Toolbox, it will update soon and then you can download it. But, it is not as effective as a client on PC and is easy to detect in servers.
So far its only on MCPE which explains the google play, and it hasnt updated yet, but will soon.
Also keep in mind, you might want to turn off some settings in menu, as the default settings often cause lag.

If you didn't, I'm sorry, it's just that what OP described is very close to this, since it has a premium service that you pay for, lets you spawn in illegal items and is called toolbox

either contact the developers of the app and tell them to update it or just wait. there's not much you can do.

Come on guys I thought this was the MCPE subreddit. Toolbox for Minecraft PE is a launcher that offers a ton of features for the game even a mini map with coordinates that don't require you to activate cheats. Link for app here (Android only)
Well to start off, this is actually MCPE. I achieved this affect by using this client which lets you change a bunch of settings like game speed. If you put the game speed all the way down you get this effect.

This entire fucking comment section is people telling him not to hack, yet he literally said,
"for bedrock anarchy server." Anarchy means no rules/laws hacking is fine on servers like those because mostly everyone does anyway, don't be telling this man not to hack if it's legal, and yes I agree hacking is stupid when you do it in a world that doesn't allow it but really? "get gud," are you kidding me it's anarchy you could be the best player in the game and some guys with hacks could just one hit you. This comments section is bullshit. It's a cheat, but it patches minecraft in runtime and removes license checks. Just don't use cheating part in multiplayer
