Rumor speaks of a technique that uses the apps called GP Overlay and Parsec.
I created the GP Overlay app, here's a tutorial on how to get started. Tutorial
The only requirement is a PC, Android phone, ZERO dollars and 5 minutes!
I have a shaders pack and a texture pack that changes the design of the weapons. The two links I have listed below are the two apps that I have and I can't remember if I got my shaders pack and the texture pack from one of the apps or one from both, but I linked both. The shaders pack is named ‘Enhanced Biomes’ and for the texture pack, it's called ‘Jelly's Tool Tweak’.

I HIGHLY recommend the app Dropysync. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ttxapps.dropsync
Dropsync will let you specify a folder of your choice on the Android device and sync its contents to a folder on a Dropbox account. A free dropbox account should work nicely for what you're doing.
I paid for the pro key, which unlocks unlimited folders and control over the sync timing. I use this to manage the books, comics and game saves synced to both my Nexus 9 and my son's Nook Color from my Dropbox account.
