Aw that's so cute! I would suggest you check out V app. It's an app where kpop groups share vids about themselves, sometimes live streams, and sometimes variety type shows. Follow the Twice channel and you'll see they have lots of streams and shows they filmed. The content in general is youth friendly, but for someone that is 4, they'll probably need help understanding many things. I'm not totally familiar with all the series, but Twice TV are a fun series to watch.
You can also check out Once Zone which is a fan site where the put english subtitles to Twice shows that appear on tv. I'd also say to follow Once Zone on Twitter to keep up to date on new shows.
Trying to keep track of Twice on TV could be hard for someone that isn't a fan of them. There isn't a set schedule for their appearances. It really just depends if they are invited on to be part of a show, the channel, times, will all vary unfortunately. I feel like if you start with the 2 sources I gave, your daughter will have lots of content to learn more about Twice.
