Download this app. Start your vpn with European VPN (Netherlands works). Then go to the website and go to the live match. Then a link will appear in the bottom. Long press on that link and paste it in mx player or any player of your choice. This is assuming you are on Android. I think there is a similar method for iOS
One way is let the video start loading and then send through bubbleupnp, you need solid dlna for this.
Another way is an xposed module called “one tap video downloader“ and its plugin “one tap exo module”. Let the module detect your video and you can play it with your external players. From there you can cast it.
And finally there’s an app that does the previous manual methods in an automatic way. Its for lg smart tvs but you have ti check if your tv is compatible

This app is not perfect, but it has allowed me to stream from my phone to my fathers old LG TV. this way you can still use your phone while it streams the video
You might be right. I recall using Terrarium on a friend's samsung smart tv, with a bit of workaround.
I installed this app on the phone and its partner app with the same name on smart tv store.

After setup, I copied the streaming link from Terrarium and pasted it in the app and it worked.
There might be a simpler or better way, this is the one I know from experience.
