You can just download the Sony sideview app on your phone and use voice commands there.

No problem.
Not sure what cellphones you have, but Android version has been updated in May 2022, so it seems to me that is still supported.
This is what I am referring to: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sony.tvsideview.phone
It's free so maybe its worth checking it out.

But yeah, remote controls would be best if you can make them work.
The app "Sony Sideview" is now called
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sony.tvsideview.phone
In the playstore, and it's exactly what I wanted. It does things the Android TV remote cannot, and it's made by the brand, so this is perfect. Thanks again.
Have you tried using the "video & tv sideview: remote" app? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sony.tvsideview.phone it's an app from sony which includes a remote for sony bravia android tv's.
Oh, yeah definitely try moving it! That's basically like having a WiFi megaphone screaming in the ear of the Bluetooth receiver in your TV. ^_^
If you get WiFi issues for the TV due to moving the router, use a wired connection for the TV. There are thin and light network cables these days (heck, I was shocked a few weeks ago when my new WiFi router came with a flat network cable that was thin as a spaghetti strand). I'm using wired for my XG95. Mainly because it gives top speeds for streaming 4K (40Mbit+ required) movies.
Really hope some of this will help you! And as for the Sony Remote app if you want to try it, it's this one https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sony.tvsideview.phone . I have it on my phone since it's sometimes handy for much quicker text input than the regular remote. Sony has one for iOS too, but not sure what it's called.
Good luck!
Have you tried downloading This remote to your phone and using the keyboard option on it? I'd give it a try, it's a Sony app.
Edit:sorry just read that you only have apple devives, maybe you have a mate with an android phone that could come over and help you out?
Edit 2: Here is the same app for apple.
I think there is no way we can mirror TV display to Computer, but the inverse is possible. As davidherron told, it's better to use Android TV Remote App. TV remote control app for smartphones and tablets Video & TV "SideView" from Sony is better option. Here is the Google Play Store Link to the app.

One of the things I love about the Sony Bravia is the app you can get from Google Play that lets you fully control it via the app.
Check it out:

Look in your app store for a sony bluetooth remote.
"Sony Video & TV Sideview"
Ninja edit
These TVs appear to have a basic web interface that allows remote control via the local network. I can control mine a little bit through Home Assistant: https://home-assistant.io/components/media_player.braviatv/.
I assume that Home Assistant is using the same remote control interface on the TV that is used by Sony's SideView app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sony.tvsideview.phone&hl=en, but that's just a guess. I haven't looked at the Home Assistant source code to confirm.
So I've tinkered with this quite a bit. In order to get remote play working you need to side load the hacked remote play app and an internet browser. You can get a chrome apk from apkmirror. From there sign in to your PSN account using chrome, if you don't have a mouse and keyboard it'll be a pain I recommend this app as a substitute for your TV remote during this process https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sony.tvsideview.phone
Once you've signed in exit chrome and launch the remote play app. Try to connect and when it begins to sign in it'll switch to chrome for the authentication then switch back to the remote play app.
The only issue I've experienced is that you can't access the remote play app settings from Android TV. Which sucks cause it defaults to 540p or 720p and it looks terrible in a huge screen.
Also to load any sideloaded apps on your TV you should download sideloaded Launcher or go to settings>apps>open on the app you want.
Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
Sony has there own remote app for Android and I'm pretty sure it's on iOS too. It can turn on the TV.
Oops, didn't notice you said "via voice", sorry.
I think I've gone through more TV's in the past month than anyone here. Not because I wanted to, because I've been unlucky with buying some TV's, including open boxes. Proof
First I bought an open box Samsung JU7500. The TV would randomly lock up when using the native YouTube, Netflix, or Hulu app. It wasn't the only thing I didn't like about it. Also, it wasn't a true Samsung. Look up Samsung Panel Lottery and you will see that most Samsungs are made in Taiwan, some are made in China. Mine was made in Taiwan by a company called Innolux. Panel number IH02. It suffered from motion blur and had less contrast than was stated. Finally, the TV would randomly turn itself off. I didn't have power saver or eco mode enabled, it was just a bad TV.
I then tried a 65 x810c. It was pretty good, but it suffered from IPS glow. Here is a mostly black screen looking at it from the left side. Here is the same screen from the right side
Next up was an open box JS9000. It was almost a perfect TV. It didn't stand up straight, but more important than that, it played everything with a judder, even with judder reduction turned on. https://youtu.be/B0JSabaWqhU
Then everyone told me, try the x850c. Wow! I love this TV. The picture is similar to the JS9000, but with having a better contrast than the JS9000, 3877:1 vs 3695:1. It has a 10 bit panel as seen here, compared to the 8 bit panel of the JU7500 as seen here. It is HDR compatible. It handles input lag and motion blur like a champ. With some tinkering, the input lag can be reduced down to a constant 16ms input lag compared to the JS9000's almost 30ms input lag. Making it great for gaming. Speaking of gaming, here is the 4k reality creation Upscaler in action playing Black Ops 3 on the PS4. Sony gives you the option to adjust how much upscale you would like for your picture in the clarity settings called reality creation, so that you can set it from 0 to 100, where Samsung TV's just upscale without giving users the option to adjust the upscaling. It runs Android, so that means that you can easily cast videos from your Galaxy, HTC, Nexus, iPad, iPhone device, you name it. The Samsung TV's I've tried require a Samsung device like a Galaxy S6 to natively cast to the TV, nothing else will work on it. Add in that Sony has a great app to turn any mobile device into a remote control over wifi, and you can even control the TV with your smartwatch. I took the 65 inch that I paid $2,000.00 for back and got the 55 inch for $1,199.99 and saved myself $800.00. I couldn't say enough great things about this TV.
Edit: As far as saving 10% when using a Best Buy Credit Card for the first time, you wouldn't save $200.00 on a $2,000.00 purchase right away, you would receive it in your email after awhile, and I don't believe that the coupon you mentioned would work.
Try using the Sony remote app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sony.tvsideview.phone
Sony has a very complete remote app for their TVs: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sony.tvsideview.phone
Try this app, it's the Sony official remote, it has mouse function and stuff https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sony.tvsideview.phone
Sony have their own app but apparently it's hit or miss if it'll actually work. Can't hurt to try though.

To add to the list - Sony's Video & TV Sideview works nicely with Sony TVs.
Here it is. This app isn't public anymore, but will show up on Google.
You can use the official Sony remote app for Android
Is your Sony Bravia TV is an Android TV? Maybe you can use the dedicated Sony remote control app called Video & TV SideView for Android that mimics the same functions as its physical remote control even the voice function plus extra features like text edit entry

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sony.tvsideview.voiceplugin
If you have a sony smart tv, then you can use this app
have you tried this one? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sony.tvsideview.phone&hl=it
Try the TV/Side view app. This should allow you to input text using the keyboard on your phone.
It's in the YouTube description but here you go :)

I use the official Sony app, but I believe it's been discontinued and may have been de-listed from the Play Store preventing new installs.
