WallRox - Best collection of material design wallpapers
As the title says I used Xposed (after finally working out how to do it for hours) modules "Xstana" for the Navigation Bar and the Status Bar and "G3TweaksBox" for some minor changes (i.e. double tapping on nav-bar locks the phone).
The wallpaper I've got from the wallpaper-app "Wallrox".
The icon packs name is Polycon. Nova Launcher, of course, is being used, too.
