I've just recently started using YNAB (You Need a Budget) as my budgeting tool and it's been great. It's my first time budgeting seriously, and it's made it easy to do (Syncs with all my other stuff too) and their emails with tips and tricks have helped me understand a lot.
They also give a free year to students, which is mint.
You're looking for YNAB. Granted, YNAB is more than just an Android app. It's mainly a web app, and a way of life.
edit: join us over at r/ynab!
As a YNAB user I can say that it does all three of the things you say it doesn't do
> autocategorization of transactions (YNAB forces you to do this yourself)
You only have to do it once or twice and as long as the payee is the same it will start auto categorizing.
> mobile app support
YNAB does have a mobile app? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.youneedabudget.evergreen.app
> ability to upload qxf files
YNAB supports qfx files: https://www.youneedabudget.com/fbi/ Just drag and drop onto the web app when it is open.
> REQUIREMENTS:
- A YNAB account.
- The app runs on any device with Android 4.4 (KitKat) or later.
- Internet connectivity: For syncing between devices, your Android device needs internet connectivity either through WiFi or a mobile network.

Not sure if you know that ynab has both iOS and Android apps.
Ynab used to have an old version with a desktop client and a sync that would grab your stats from the cloud. The app synced all your added events to the cloud as well.
Last year they placed the desktop client in the cloud and now your app connects to the cloud. Some cool features were lost but they narrowed it down to what ynab was all about. Budgeting. Just the evaluation where your money goes is gone. So that sucks.

Surprised nobody has recommended YNAB yet

YNAB, it's a budgeting app that I absolutely love.
YNAB?
You Need a Budget has complete control with a dead simple UI:

YNAB is the best. Besides that, you can do your own formulas using Google Sheets, for example.
I use and love YNAB. It has an annual cost, but it's worth it to me.
Sounds like YNAB! The new version (nYNAB) is subscription based ($5/month or $50/year) with its own app. The older version (YNAB) is just a software that syncs with its own app via Dropbox. The old version (YNAB 4) is $60, not subscription based, but support will end at the end of 2016.
