As an aside, since Klobuchar has mentioned her Uncle Dick at least twice, he wrote a book a while back. I remember him talking about her during her first run and being both proud and lamenting her differing political stances.
Evie Hudak (D) had to resign to avoid a recall that she would have given the Republicans a majority in the state after that Bloomberg-funded gun-grabbing bullshit.
This entire post misses the mark. We're not calling them to arms, we're mocking them and pointing out their against tyranny stance has no litmus test they will actually apply. Their use of guns is partisan. This is the predicted step we all knew was coming: right wing support for police will be support for the gestapo as long as gestapo target their political enemies.
I recently read "ordinary men". Polish authorities interviewed polish police that aided the Germans in the Holocaust for ten years. Between those interviews and police documents we can see how ordinary law enforcement are coerced into aiding genocide. It's horrifying how familiar reading all that stuff is into today's light. I'm not saying genocide will occur but law enforcement mentality towards everything occuring is wrong. The mentality they are breeding is primed for dark things

Not the 9th circuit. There’s a case being held ANJRPC v Bruck from the 3rd circuit in NJ. See here for more info:

That's cute. My definition of fascism comes from the guy who came up with the philosophy.
You, and the overwhelming majority of those that self-identify as "antifa" are literal fascists.
It's hilarious that you are so threatened by the person above you that you felt the need to block them. Really exemplifying your ideology, fascist.
It's poorly reasoned and factually wrong. In fact, it's so bad, that it calls into question the very categorization of so many crimes as felonies these days. For his reasoning to be consistent, such felon bans can only apply to a small number of extremely serious crimes, such as were considered felonies back in the days of 1789. You can't use modern legislative definitions of felonies to more widely restrict what was a narrow category back in the day. For if you could, the simple expedient of (for example) making speeding and parking tickets felonies, would enable you to disarm the population. Regulators cannot use "felony creep" to disarm the people. But the logic of this ruling would allow that; thus this ruling is not logically valid. I'm not finding that one, do you mean Negroes and the Gun: The Black Tradition of Arms?

That Drew Carrey before image wannabe looking motherfucker said he had no idea about "all this video editing stuff" and yet during one of the times in which he played the video from his personal laptop* a sharp eyed person noted that Handbrake was installed.
https://handbrake.fr/ for those not familiar.
Now why would a video encoding software, whose primary purpose is to alter the size and aspect ratios of videos, be present on the computer tht the prosecution used to present the evidence?
Even more damning, for those of us familiar with Handbrake and mid-tier laptops such as the one the prosecution was using, it is understood that it will take roughly 20 minutes to reencode a roughly 3-minute video into a lower quality format and a smaller and more cropped aspect ratio. Which just happens to match the "created" timestamps in the videos presented to the defense. The original showed a created timestamp that was 21 minutes previous to the one the defense was originally given.
Hat tip to the defense co-counsel for pointing that out, she handled herself magnificently.
* It should be noted that by using his personal laptop, it can now be confiscated and investigated as part of an investigation into possible criminal activity by the DA's office. This is why lawyers almost universally use a freshly installed virgin operating system when presenting evidence.
I only smoke the occasional cigar, but I'm against banning flavored vape stuff (and guns obviously). All it will do is create a black market for the stuff. I'm sure we won't see cartels fighting over territory to sell candy vape pods. But I bet we will see an increase in vaping related illnesses and injuries. If you don't have to test your product, why would you? If somebody dies or gets sick, just close up shop and open under a new name.
I haven't seen many vape ads (shout out to pi-hole!), but I wouldn't be surprised if companies were marketing to teenagers. Why can't we just punish the companies that do this? Punish the vape company and marketing company. Fine the shit out of them. Throw executives in jail (lol). But don't get rid of the assault flavors. I know plenty of adults who like cotton candy and watermelon whatever.
Quite a lot of state pre-empt local governments on firearms. Typically this is done because a hodgepodge of local laws can make someone carrying a gun from A to B an accidental felon if they cross C where this gun is banned.
For example, this is a map of King County, WA: https://www.bing.com/maps?q=king+county+wa+map&form=EDGTCT&qs=PF&cvid=038f6a8adcbe476297fe2c77dddcc827&refig=dd249a0777cc40bcb1084d0bdf313d74&cc=US&setlang=en-US&elv=AXK1c4IvZoNqPoPnS%21QRLOO0duy5h7anx2Zfm5wjoMFiNLy8ayp...
If you drive on Rt 2 from Everett (Snohomish County) to Leavenworth (Chelan) county, you will be passing through King county.
King County leadership is a bunch of antigun idiots who are chopping at the bits to ban "assault weapons". Because, you see, you don't need them to shoot a deer. WA State preemption law prevents them from doing so. Without this law, someone driving from Everett for a long range competition in Chelan would be violating King County law.
State pre-emption should be an absolute no-brainer.

Ok, got it.
So Mastadon is an existing server/client. Anyone can host a node, and nodes are interconnected sort of like subreddits, but allow for moderation and segregation, e.g. individual Mastadon nodes blocking Gab. Is that right?

>I've been doing this and since then my lead levels have dropped.
Give this stuff a try I use it and it smells good, doesnt dry skin and is decent soap for after shooting.
I've been seeing people rave about this one on here and have been looking into it myself. From what I've read since it's "some assembly required" you get to know the machine better and it lets you make component level upgrades to make it a better printer on the cheap. I really want one I just hesitate because I'll end up going all out and devoting too much time and money to it. I'm still just in the study and learn phase right now
That makes my eyes twitch. You should really be much safer with that.
Hell, I got a better one for your definition request that happened a TON when I was in High school a few decades ago.
No restrictions on this for anyone at present...
Under the wording of this bill?
The jackholes that threw those in school would be charged with at LEAST a Class 6 felony.
You just lost your freedom, multiple rights, education and job possibilities, and FAR more...
For a stinkbomb.
Regarding the history I don't, though I have a recommendation nonetheless, especially given recent events.
I have a Stack On 14 gun. Like the other comments said, you have to be a Tetris master and not give a shit about the finish on your guns if you want to fit 18 in an "18 gun safe". Also, it's hard to get rifles out without bumping against others, so some gun socks might be a good investment.
Get a motion activated magnetic closet light for the inside. (Here's an example. I have no experience with this brand personally.)
Look at the PEET Dryer for humidity control. It's just a small heating element in a tube that sits on the bottom of your safe to dry and circulate the air slightly. I went with the PEET instead of a desiccant because these cabinets aren't sealed at all. It's now been running 4 years straight with no issues, and my guns aren't rusting, so I'm happy. (The company is good too. My friend broke the plug on his during a move, and they sent a new one out for free.)
