These socks are incredibly comfy and I kid you not they will be the best purchase of your life.
For a "late bloomer" success story, I recommend reading Colonel John Carney's "No Room for Error". Colonel Carney talks about being a "mediocre" cadet, his self-doubt as an under-perforforming junior officer, and ultimately his journey in founding what would eventually become the most elite special tactics unit in the Air Force (24 STS). You choose what your future looks like.

Also low key hoping you're in my flight cause I don't wanna be the only one in thigh highs
Other cadets: do not be a narc and insist your flight members don't use stuff like this for the sake of "standardization" unless your FTO points it out. I had this for my whole time while with my bay and my FTOs either didn't notice or didn't care, but when I got in my flights the cadet stando insisted I don't use it.
I recommend picking up some packing tape beforehand to laminate the front and back of your FT Manual. It rains a lot down south, so make sure you keep anything made of paper sealed up or laminated.

The school I went to had a scholarship called HSI (Hispanic Serving Institution) which was a government scholarship given to schools that had a certain % of Hispanic students.
The school then in turn gave some of these scholarship funds to AFROTC, who turned around and gave scholarships to cadets. This was in a year when AFROTC had $0 (absolutely zero) in scholarship funds.
So there are ways, and it's dependant on your school.
You could try using this app Scholly which is a freemium app for finding scholarships (it was featured on shark tank).
The free version allows you to search and apply manually.
The premium version does more automated search and alerts you of new scholarship opportunities.
I haven't used it extensively, and it only has a 3.3* on Google play but it's a resource that at the very least does in fact show you a lot of scholarships.
The max scores are as follows:
1.5 Mile run: 9:12
Pushups: 68
Situps: 58
Just aim for higher than that.
Also there's an app for the calculator:
