I doubt there's controller support in the game on PC. If there's software that will mimic keyboard and mouse input on a PS4 controller, maybe. The Steam controller is probably your best bet unless there's software that lets you assign keybinds to the PS4 controller. Maybe this will work?
Never mind my (now deleted) comment - I got a "key" inside an e-mail address that didn't even have a full account attatched to it when the game was live.
But, I try to go to the page it links me too, and it just tells me "The page you requested cannot be found."

EDIT: K, found another link in the e-mail that worked... now I'm trying to make an account and it just tells me "unhandeled exception." Anyone able to submit their key?

I tried putting a camera on my hand when were particularly persistent that I was macroing my carbine, but it didn't really show much for the mouse since clicking isn't a particularly violent action.
Seconding what /u/smokebang_ said, try running it through a VPN. I have this issue in the States periodically when I have connection issues, and sometimes a VPN helps with that. ProtonVPN is paid, but has a one week free trial with no credit card requirement, so you can test it easily. Use a temp-mail.org account if you don't want to tie your real email to it.
