believe it's only $5 on Amazon. I tried a couple but they kept falling. so far this one has been very sturdy and does not move.

I've had this support cushion in mine almost since I bought it. It provides really good support at the right places and perfectly matches the seats. Still looks new after 6K miles.
Looks like an issue with the glue to me.
If they deny warranty, I would use a steamer on it, gently. I took a dent from the seat airbag out of a Giulia door panel from a junkyard with this.
I just use a FM transmitter, sits in the 12v cigarette lighter.
Goes: Bluetooth to phone -> FM -> to your stereo.
Usually got usb so you can charge your phone.
They are cheap (20 €), but get one of better quality.
Here is one as an example https://www.amazon.com/Handsfree-Bluetooth-Transmitter-Compatible-Smartphones/dp/B01M0SFMIH/ref=sr_1_9?c=ts&keywords=MP3+Player+FM+Transmitters&qid=1658849115&s=mp3&sr=1-9&ts_id=13981621
I remember last year i failed inspection because one of my exhaust clamps broke. I went to my local hardware store and bought one of those drainage pipe holder things and mounted my exhaust with that. Since the original part was like 30€ for some reason.
I argued like half an hour with the guy at the inspection station until he was like "ok you get your inspection sticker now stfu" lol
Fm modulator
If you don't want to remove the factory radio.
The best kind physically intercept the antenna.
You tune to a particular station and it will broadcast like a radio station.
this example will also work with a Bluetooth phone for music and allow phone calls.
This is the best way keeping the car OEM.
OTHERWISE, get a new radio.
Removing the door.... not sure, they are all a tad different, but I'm sure someone has a YouTube video about it.
I've removed lots of others but not that car specifically.
Grease....if you get a spray can just hose it real good where the wheels ride in the tracks and the joints and gear of the regulator assembly. Enough where it's not just gonna drip every where.
The spray can option usually comes out pretty thin till it dries.
You can get it in a tube also.. Just stick your finger in there and peanut butter a few blobs in the track.
I would probably opt for the tube of white lithium for that particular use case over the spray.
Something like this
I've been struggling with this as well. Around 6 months ago I ordered an Anker SoundSync and it works flawlessly. You lose access to your USB and AUX port for other devices but I never used them anyway so it works for me.
You should really give it a try. Audio quality is good. Plug in the Anker in the AUX port and the plug in the USB cable in the USB port and the Anker. Next time you turn your key, it starts and connects to your phone instantly.
My ports are in the glovebox, so it doesn't look ugly or gets in the way at all. Your results may vary!
You can get the Bluetooth working with adaper that plugs into back of the radio and pretends to be a CD changer. I bought this. Works with '11 Giulietta with Blue & Me.
Personally I like simple and clean . . .

You can get tools like this to remove the factory unit but I cut up an old wire coat hanger and that did the job just fine
I have a Giulietta too! I’d thoroughly recommend the trip to Italy. We found everyone to be super friendly. You’re welcome to look at my trip and see my route if it’s helps with inspiration. We did a variation of Airbnb’s and hotels, including a treehouse in France and the Fiat factory at Lingotto which is now a hotel and shopping centre.

Truth be told I am not sure of the legality of dogs in cars as well. I'm in the US.
I have this hammock type seat cover
He's fine in there unfastened. But then he's just a 20lb beagle. He even takes a nap when I'm doing over 55 miles per hr.
Got the rear spoiler from Amazon (cause easy to return if not satisfied). I am very happy with it, just stick it on and clap-down overnight no drilling.
