I guess you’re not on the student plan or single device plan (which would rule out pc use anyway). Have you checked in your account music settings that an HD plan is selected?
I'd been meaning to switch from the Google Play version to the Amazon Store version like I've done with Amazon Kindle, Alexa and Video.
This finally got me to do it.
And the Amazon Store version lets me play individual songs and download them.
Here's a URL that will get the Amazon Store on your device.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B004FRX0MY/ref=apps_sf_sta
This one. It's cheap and sounds very good
So the /u/Greeny poster above is the one who was using Chrome, I haven't had any success with that method. The app I'm using is called Explorer:

I don't remember the steps exactly but I think I just navigated to the Android/data folder and then the app popped up a message that asked me to accept some prompt, so I followed the instructions and then it gave me access. From there you can continue on into the Amazon folder and go to the Purchased section and that's where it will be.
Agreed. Its amazing what you can do with a little time a raspberry pi and some determination. I'm running LMS on my server with PiCore Players in each room. Note this hat is fabulous and drives good bookshelf speakers really well.
>Can I control the playlist from my computer to the Echo?
You can do some basic stuff by going to https://alexa.amazon.com/ ... Go to "Now Playing" and there's a drop down list at the top under the "Now Playing" title, and when you switch to the device you want to control you see the queue, history and play controls.
I have a walkaround for Windows users, but u need to install PowerToys.
Shrink the desktop app as small u want then use the Always on Top feature of PowerToys.
And honestly if they can’t get their shit together with the recent songs or starting on the last song I played I might consider using this service to transfer all my playlists over to another service
I think you’d need to side load the app from somewhere like this https://apkpure.com/amazon-music-listen-to-unlimited-songs-ad-free/com.amazon.mp3/download
I found this when I was googling that very question right before I found this thread. Idk how well it works but I'm interested in finding out
So the Bluesound app, is called BluOS: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.lenbrook.sovi.bluesound&hl=en_US&gl=US
You basically can subscribe to services in the app, like amazon, or spotify, etc... The interface is clear but it's very limited. So you really don't have a very robust interface. You can search for albums, songs and playlists, etc... but you don't get notifications on new releases or ability to thumb or or down songs,... etc.
Believe it or not, the Node is the cheaper offering from the parent company (which is NAD). I don't use the internal DAC of the Node as I have a Holo Audio May KTE edition DAC. But I hear that the DAC in the Node is not bad if that's the way you wanted to go.
You can use a program on the computer that enables airplay, google fast and miracast. I use reflector 3 to air play music from my iPad to the computer. There a lot of programs that do this here's a link to reflector.
Don't know if available in Canada yet but the way you get to it in US is to go to homepage on the web. Select the hamburger bun menu on the top left, and then you select "Amazon Music" and I have the subselections of "Amazon Music Unlimited", "Amazon Music HD", and "Prime Music"
Here is a link to the HD Page: https://www.amazon.com/music/unlimited/hd?ref_=nav_em_T1_0_4_4_2__dm_hf_hd
what about this?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.amazon.music.tv&hl=it
I can find from play store on web but not compatible with NVIDIA SHIELD hahahahaha
I cannot find it from play store from NVIDIA SHIELD
