At 600g, if you take 8-10g, that will last 60-75 servings. I don't see any reason to take citrulline as a supplement on none Angion days, so if 1on1off is followed eactly that makes it last about 4-5 months.

do you check your plant based nutrition with cronometer.com for example, check if you are getting enough calories? Do you edge or used to edge(tight pelvic floor might come from this)? Do you suplement vitamin D(a safe measure is 5000ug), vitamin K(sunflower seeds are good for this), B12, magnesium(also sunflower seeds)? When plant based do you eat protein from legumes(zinc)?
You can also help your eq when performing angion by sticking your legs together while laying down and trying to keep the lower part of your back sticked to the bed

I'm uncut so I stay away from the head because once I did and I almost couldn't even pull my hood down since it was so swoll.

This one is pretty good, lots of different strains which is important unless you’ve been tested for your gut biome profile. There are a few default biomes people have so taking the wrong bacteria will just see most of them die off as they are starved out by whatever strains body is using.
To save money I’ll use a pill to make yoghurt and then start then next batch using cultures from the first batch. Takes some time but saves money and is easy to do. Most of those 0.1 and 0.2 gains people get early on are erectile quality gains, meaning they were sub optimal prior to starting and became optimal during, this increase in blood flow usually results in better firmness which wind up showing up as a slight increase. Also known as newbie gains in traditional PE circles. Those are generally followed by a plateau, which generally takes some time to break.
At a month and a half youre coming up on another break, I would say take a break from Am at the same time, probably a week is fine. Double check the reccomended supplementation as well. Also keep a journal.
If you decide to go the traditional PE route, just be careful and cautious. In that realm in my opinion am might be one of the best girth routines out there, so alternating between am and a length routine might wond up being the optimal path eventually, in my estimation anyway. If you find something that works well in combination with am come back and tell us about it.

Hey, I just thought that maybe you should check out other bike seat that relieve pressure from your perenium. If your a regular cyclist then you should really consider getting a new seat to avoid prudenal nerve damage or any other damage to your pelvis.
this is an example of a seat, i dont really know if its the best one but you should research on which type could be beneficial to you. Another thing to add, if your considering getting one get a model that is specifically for men since guys have different pelvic physiology than women.
Stretching for pelvic tightness is definitely a great idea. Paying someone £250 for a course on it, is not a good idea. Nor is clicking on people’s affiliate links so they get 20% of that. There is literally a free ebook on dct pelvic stretching on Amazon. You don’t need this course. It’s not a cure all either, it’s just another tool to help. Be wary of people claiming it changed their lives. Get the free book and do your own stretches, and save yourself a lot of money.
