I bought the back attachment for PS4 controller and I love it. I was looking to buy a scuf but this is a cheaper alternative

Technically in ranked you're not supposed to leave ever under any circumstances since the longer you stay (even whilst dead and unable to be revived) the longer you stay means the higher your team placement can be meaning more points.
HOWEVER. From the ranked season 4 changes itself noted here: https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/news/ranked-series-4-details
"Abandon: Leaving a match before it is over for you, while you do not have loss forgiveness. "Before it is over for you" is defined as the player is still able to play, e.g. you are still alive, or you are dead but waiting to be respawned etc. A notable exception to this is if your banner has been picked up and you have not respawned within 2 and a half minutes, you will not be considered abandoning if you leave."
Meaning one of two things:
With these developers, and their track record of consistent non-functional, untested, "we have to sit here and suffer with bugs for seasons on end" updates, I'd go with option 2 and say you were unfairly punished.
Edit: To clarify what my interpretation of the quoted text says:
"You abandon a match when you have not met the criteria to be given "loss forgiveness" IE, extraneous circumstances beyond your control in which you are not penalized by losing ranked points most commonly teammates disconnecting or failing to connect to a match in the first place. As defined here: https://www.ea.com/games/apex-legends/news/ranked-series-3-details#:~:text=At%20the%20start%20of%20S...
An exception to this is when after 2 and a half minutes go by after your teammates grab your banner and fail to respawn you, you are free to leave the game."
Just read here. It’s literally in the EA releases. Roll down to the section that starts with ”I am killed while behind a door/wall...”
I told you I literally can not make shit like this up.

Not the one you're replying to but my friend just got this one for his PC build and loves it. I have an AOC 27in curved but its 1080 and they're virtually the same price. Don't think consoles can really push anything above 1080 but if you ever consider switching platforms this is a good one to have on hand if the time comes.
definitely agree. I moved to a ps5 but there is no back buttons, so I use my ps4 controller. I tried using the extremeRate kit for ps5 and my controller doesn't work now even though it has great reviews. https://smile.amazon.com/eXtremeRate-Programable-Controller-Redesigned-Attachment/dp/B095H6WXX6/ref=sxin_14_ac_d_pm?ac_md=4-2-QWJvdmUgJDI1-ac_d_pm_pm_pm&cv_ct_cx=extreme+rate&dchild=1&keywords=extreme+rate&pd_rd_i=B095H6WXX6&pd_rd_r=26ec8815-124a-4660-b9f0-c87b9172c2e6&pd_rd_w=VsEDL&pd_rd_wg=5wskR&pf_rd_p=e7796530-105c-494b-a53a-3b9963e9350b&pf_rd_r=RVQ1DFM9QV2A10R0K6V0&psc=1&qid=1634068700&sr=1-3-22d05c05-1231-4126-b7c4-3e7a9c0027d0
TP-Link AV600 Powerline Ethernet Adapter(TL-PA4010 KIT)- Plug&Play, Power Saving, Nano Powerline Adapter, Expand Home Network with Stable Connections https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AWRUICG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_VMKV53C9KR6X0H5CN4TM?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
This I what you need. Comes as a pair. Plug one into a wall outlet next to your router/modem. Plug the other one into an outlet near your Xbox. Connect one to the router and the other to your Xbox (via Ethernet cable) and now you have a stable wired connection.
You’ll lose download speed, but in online gaming, the speed isn’t as important as a stable connection. This fixed all of my lag issues.
I started using these simple rubber covers years ago and now I can't use a controller without them. I find the little nubbins give just enough extra control. https://www.amazon.com/Rubber-Silicone-Controller-Thumbsticks-Joystick/dp/B06XBYJK87
Got this replacement off Amazon. I also have a third party Xbox controller that has a built in volume control with press to turn on/mute mic. It’s great so I don’t have to be killing my ears all the time. Also has bumper keys which I can’t live without now.
Ps4 has that little attachment thingy to go on the back of standard ps4 controllers.. it's damn cheap compared to a scuff.. it comes with programmable paddles and the pointless little back screen but I've heard good things about it. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B082VX16VJ/ref=cm_sw_r_u_apa_fabc_XMQ4E7QXTVDR1QKE6MEN
i dont know, the regular one i guess
mine are similar to those: https://www.amazon.com/KontrolFreek-Performance-Thumbsticks-PlayStation-Controller-4/dp/B00ISW0TGW
ive got some cheaper amazon basic thumbsticks, but they look almost the same

High rise domed stick works best for me. You can get this from amazon for $7 and try out different sizes and patterns to find out what works best for you. Also, most people only add the extension to their aim stick, but it’s all personal preference. Expect it to feel weird at first, but you will get used to it and it will definitely help.
