Check out the website JustWatch, it's a search engine where you type in a movie and it tells you every website it streams, either free with subscription or paid. Looks like Ju-on streams on Vudu and Tubi, but you'd have to pay for it on YouTube, Prime, Google Play, etc. One Missed Call isn't streaming anywhere, unfortunately.

Downvote. Criterion sucks man. It's for people who think they have good taste in film. I tried using justwatch.com again after your recommendation and justwatch is just alright. Nothing special. Still not nearly as good as Flixable, flickmetrix, or lazyday. Mostly because I think justwatch has a terrible UI whereas the latter sites are much cleaner imo.
