I wasn't expecting it at all, but now I can't wait for it to happen again. I assume it'll only happen when unexpected, so I'm trying to lower my expectations. I really like the leaking feeling too, so I'm happy with that if that is all I get going forward.
I've got a couple of different stretchers. They're all steel, since I like the weight. I've played with them for about ten years, but went 24/7 a couple of weeks ago.
The ones I'm wearing lately (and in all my pics here) are from Amazon. The style takes some getting used to, but I like that they can't fall off and they're easy to put on and remove (no tools). With a little lotion, I can put it on in about five seconds. And they also push the balls forward, so they do nice things for my bulge 😉 I can wear two of these without anyone noticing (except me), but three really start to show depending on what I'm wearing. I'm going to try going up to four on the weekend and see how that feels.
I don't want anything extreme in terms of length, just something looser, since my nuts are usually pulled up tight to my cock. Even one ring keeps them from moving up and gives me what I want for daily wear.
I do not recommend it though. It hurts, making it impossible to stack

You could try an alternative from amazon. I can't personally vouch for this option but it looks like it would be just as good as any other ball-weight.

Try this out below your hardware. I use them and they work well to increase comfort.
These are similar to what I got. Just pulled off the clips. They seemed too small/tight, but with some cocoa butter, warm temps, and patience I got the first one on. Add the lubricant then pull one side of your scrotal skin through the ring then orient and push through the first testicle. Getting the second one through can be pretty difficult, but pull more skin through and orient the testicle to fit and push it through. Once you get the first ring on, it gets easier to put through the next. I just kept going, adding more cocoa butter to each ring, slowly adding them. I stopped when it felt like my skin was getting a bit too tight - don't want to get into a position that I can't remove them. But when they do come off, it will be the same, but reverse - one testicle at a time. Let me know if you have any more questions.

I started about three weeks ago with an Oxballs Squeeze - soft, flexible and a tight enough grip to give a nice stretch.
