I actually ordered directly through Amazon.jp for the soundtrack. Making an account is actually quite easy, and there's an option to have Amazon translate the relevant information into English.

You have to jump on these types of items ahead of time or they just... vanish, mostly. You can try eBay too but it might be marked up.
