Thanks RehabMan!
So something like this should work?
https://www.amazon.com.au/Adapter-Converter-MacBook-Chromebook-Aluminum/dp/B075R95QM7/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=usb3+to+usbc&qid=1595809344&s=office-products&sr=1-1-catcorr
Yep you are correct! I just contacted BenQs support line and they did confirm that the stream is only passed via USBC.. sigh...
I am thinking of purchasing this though, do you think it will pass through the adapter?
oh... I am afraid that there is currently no stock of EX2510S on our Italy website. And it's now 225,89 € on Amazon.it. If you are looking for a 1080p 165Hz gaming monitor for around 180 €, you can also check out our new EX240N which has a similar panel size and spec as the EX2510S. The main difference is that EX240N is a VA panel.
Actually, the EX3210U is also on sale for $899 on Amazon, so you can look forward to the Amazon EX2710U Black Friday promotion. Compared to sending out the EX2710U to Microcenter for sales, waiting for the promotion might take much less time lol

there is a customer left a review under this page, he said this working for 144hz, 1080p. I only can share this for your reference, and sorry for i can't guarantee it will work due to this is not from us, i can't makes sure its quality and compatibility. If they offer free return, then it will be safer to you.
If you need the monitor to effortlessly switch between PC and Mac, then BenQ is likely the way to go as it's brand agnostic. It will connect to and switch well between PC and Mac. While you can connect the your PC to the Apple Studio Display, you won't be able to do control the brightness. You also won't get the special Apple magic with the audio with your PC (i.e. spatial audio on the Studio Display's speakers); so they'll just be regular, albeit great, monitor speakers. However, you will still be able to make good use of the webcam. Overall, though, the Apple Studio Display is best suited for only Mac use, as that's what Apple intended.
Also you have a couple of options for keyboard and mouse: (1) buy a KVM switch (expensive); (2) connect the USB peripheral from the mouse and keyboard to the monitor so that when you connect your laptop to the monitor, the keyboard and mouse will connect to whichever laptop too; (3) have a keyboard and mouse that will allow for multiple bluetooth inputs and switch between those inputs. My favorites for keyboard and mouse that satisfy options 2 and 3 are: the Logitech MX Master 3 mouse and the Logitech MX Master keyboard. But the options are plentiful.
Copy the settings i have provided on my other comment. I went through the same issues and after a year of trial and error i finally got it to perfection. These are some of the simplest issues i ran into. Make sure you have a good quality HDMI Cable. They're not expensive
Hi, not sure if you meant your laptop has 1 mini-DP port and can be used for XL2430T?
if yes, maybe you can try to get a DP to mini DP cable, such as:
https://www.amazon.com/DisplayPort-Thunderbolt-Compatible-MacBook-Surface/dp/B07NW9XKGL/ref=sr_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=mini+dp+to+dp+144hz+cable&qid=1632877298&sr=8-1
Remark: sorry for i can't guarantee this cable will work (even it states 144hz compatible due to i can't guarantee the spec and quality of any cable which is not from us :)
For your reference, and please feel free to DM me if any i can further service you.

I believe this is what you're looking for.
Your current displayport cable should work because it's certified on the displayport website.
Try using this cable - Amazon.com: Club3D VESA Certified CAC-2068 DisplayPort to DisplayPort 1.4/Hbr3 Cable DP 1.4 8K 60Hz 2M/6.56ft, Black: Computers & Accessories
It’s an actual cable. Hdmi on one end and DisplayPort on the other.
The panel itself has a flicker-free panel that has helped protect your eyes. For the best setting for eye health, well, I kind of doubt that if there’s one setting for all, as everyone may have different viewing preferences. The main eye care feature for this unit is that they have 4 preloaded smart blue light modes under Low Blue Light picture mode, which reduce the blue light emitted from the display to reduce the risk of blue light exposure to the eyes. They are: multimedia, web surfing, office and reading mode. All of which can reduce the blue light to some extent and you can try each based on different viewing scenarios. Some people may use one mode for all and again that’s really personal preference. You also mentioned Reddish, it is one of the options under Color Temperature, and there’re also other options like Standard, Bluish or User Define (which you can define the RGB value by yourself). Personally I prefer natural colors so I would go for Standard. Not sure if this address your questions and I hope it helps!
As for the traveling bag for monitors, wow, I didn’t know there’s one until I searched on Amazon, like this one for 26” I don’t have the need to travel with my monitors but I think for a freelancer like yourself, this may be necessary. Sorry I don’t have the real experience with the monitor bags but Amazon seems to have plenty user feedback, you may want to check it out too!
I know I wish BenQ were more responsive as well. Great hardware but lacking in meaningful customer support.
A cheap vesa-mount could be an option for you.
Found this on amazon - does anyone know if this will also work for the EX3501R? The product images look identical but the description only states it's for the XR3501, not EX.
Hoping someone can answer before I pull the trigger and purchase
Does this emulator works on Asus VG27AQ to get 120fps through 1080p on PS5?
https://www.amazon.com/HD-Fury-Converter-Solves-issues/dp/B00755DBCW
Please let me know for sure if it works or not so I can get one!
Thanks.
I am sorry. You're right, my buddy has the 24g2u. I don't know exactly what the difference to the other is. Here is the link: https://www.amazon.de/dp/B07Y3RYLVH/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabt1_x.gVFbZE95GME
I have the same monitor and I don't like the speakers. I bought these from Amazon for $20US
I like both the speakers and the monitor.
It says, HDMI 1.4 tho?+ Was thinking of getting
Both will be 160 pounds which looks like the cheapest way to enjoy 120hz + Freesync on the new consoles, I just need to confirm if it will work + will it need an EDID Em or will it just work.
Anyone have any reccomenddations for canada because I can't find one and I'm not sure about other ones
also does this one work?:
What I did was to use a led monitor light bar like this: https://www.amazon.com/Computer-Baseus-Reading-Adjustment-Features/dp/B085C8J6RM&ved=2ahUKEwitz-vuhqTrAhWJUn0KHUcVChEQFjACegQIAxAB&usg=AOvVaw3zfDrAGpa913sPqhhP_yKb
Seems to work great at maxing the light sensor
Do you connect tb3(USB-C) and HDMI to the same computer? That's the problem, you need to connect USB-C to computer B, and everything will go through it(video/audio/data/power). As for computer A, since you don't need a screen, you'll only need to connect a USB-B to USB-A cable between the monitor and the computer(I think there is one came with the box).
This thing is absolutely amazing - especially for ultrawides. I had it using a AW3418DW which is around 16 pounds without the stand. It was rock solid and I was able to move it around daily too without any shake or wobble.
LOL Aussie prices are nuts, I'd use the official Amazon one as it's got much better reviews and also some cable to dangle down (my monitor sometimes blocks the signal, no idea why).
