There are a range of possible causes for brain fog. In my experience, the most common are nutritional/digestion and anxiety related.

Yeah, two ways around this -- it can either be that the structure of your nose is working against you, or that you have an inflammation problem
If the problem is the nose structure (something like polyps), you can take a look at these nose stripes. I use them daily, and they help
If your nose is fine, and suspect that inflammation might be the problem, check out this post I wrote

Sounds like a textbook example of depersonalization/derealization. your symptoms sound very similar...
Try MCT oil. This has helped lots of ppl with brain fog.
Also try continuing to heal your gut with colostrum supplement.
You have got to start eating good food and go out in the sun a bit every day at midday if you have any sun in your area, even 15 minutes helps a lot, let the sun touch your skin directly. Take vit d pills and you need to take them with a fat source, the body cannot digest fat soluble vitamins without you eating fat at the same time.
I would really suggest you try to avoid grain oils too and target coconut oil/cream and cacao oil (good quality chocolate) and see if that helps, but chocolate only if you are taking the b vites with b1 at a separate time, chocolate has good things but depletes b1, which is not a prob if you have plenty of b1 in you first.
Anyway, coconut oil is a good one to start with, it feeds the mitochondria nicely and kills harmful gut bacteria, just start slow and back off if your gut gets upset, you don't want to change gut bacteria TOO fast, just a bit at a time if your gut gets mad and slowly work your way up. Since coconut oil is a fat, you can take it with your vitamin D pills to make sure they digest. So yeah, just a bit of coconut oil with your D pills to start with and see how it goes. For b vit sublinguals, I use this one from amazon: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01IJR5VM2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 and I also like this one for b1: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00VVLAPKM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 Magnesium is another one a lot of peeps are very much too low on.
YOu may well feel like shite right now but could feel a lot better if you fix your vitamin status, maybe consider taking just one or two classes instead of a full load. Make the other half of your job working on your health. If you find out all of what you are lacking and start taking it, you could feel better pretty quickly too.
Ah, that's the trick, it's in everything so my solution was prepare my own meals.
Wheat is a cheap filler, which is why they put it in processed foods.
Prepping your own meals is easy. For instance I chop vegetables up with one of these:
https://en.russellhobbs.com/product/matte-black-mini-chopper
or you could use a food processor.
I'll add some tinned pulses E.g. butter beans, borlotti beans or chickpeas.
Or I'll bake a couple of potatoes.
Added to this some leafy greens.
It's cheap but highly nutritious. I don't get brain fog when I eat this stuff.
Needless to say, no more bread, pasta or anything with gluten in it.
if i will find positive results i will move a house, we are renting this apartment...

I agree that depression can lead to many issues. Including poor diet. And hearing that you’re in school you probably aren’t eating as much protein. Try taking Jarrow’s B-Right as needed: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0016003Z0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_ZWNJFKBWJ6XRQJD4ZN91
Just until you feel better mentally and gain your appetite back. I’m just assuming. I could be totally wrong about your diet.
Hey! Hope this helps. I just cured my brain fog and know everyone’s condition is unspecified. Well, discovered mine was caused by Post Orgasm Illness Syndrome (POIS). So I have to take B vitamin Complex every morning which a small breakfast/snack. Been great ever since. This is the one I take by Jarrow Jarrow Formulas B-Right - 100 Veggie Caps - Low-Odor Vitamin B-Complex Formula - Energy & Metabolism Support - Promotes Brain, Heart & Cardiovascular Health - 100 Servings https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0016003Z0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_8WBN8EKE3X1P7ERZVQ2T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Yeah! Good thinking. Here's the Link
Yup, another unpopular opinion among people but I definitely agree. I abstained from electronics use for a couple days and saw significant improvement in mental clarity. It's a shame I couldn't sustain it and came back to my addiction, it's something I'm working on also.
Here's a popular book on how technology affects our brain, it goes pretty in-depth, if you are interested: link
Solgar 500mg https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00014EBPA/
I'll also recommend direct midday sunshine on as much skin as possible. So many people suffer from SAD without realizing it.
And Theanine 200mg for anxiety, which sometimes is the main cause of brain fog for me.
But I think none of this would work very well if I didn't get my heart rate up and sweat a little several times per week.
Good luck!
I had much more noticeable effects from Real Mushrooms brand lion's mane, I purchase most of the supplements I try on US Amazon, it's available there. They have other products available on Amazon that are fruiting body derived lion's mane if you prefer to shop around, it may require some research to find out if they are though. That information is sometimes found in the 'about this item' section on the product page, like on that Real Mushrooms page it says "Unlike other memory and focus supplements, we do not add mycelium, starch, grains, or fillers into our products".
I’m taking the Methylcobalamin in liquid drops for faster absorption.

I believe I have issues with absorbing vitamins. Could be an autoimmune system issue. I’ve struggled with acid reflux and allergies my whole life, also sinus issues with a deviated septum and I’ve been taking this for one month now. I use to wake up with brain fog everyday, to help clear it I always drank coffee. Now I don’t even need coffee. I feel energized and clear minded. But Ill give it more time and see if the effects wear off. Thank you for your input!
Read a book called Why Isn't My Brain Working?: A Revolutionary Understanding of Brain Decline and Effective Strategies to Recover Your Brain's Health 1st Edition by Dr. Datis Kharrazian it should be on all digital store and amazon

Crazy I was just looking into dopamine issues last night. Maybe I’ll look at this a little closer now.
Edit: can you share more on what you are doing to try and fix this? Have you seen improvements?
Has anyone tried genuis joy, it’s supposed to help with low dopamine
Your condition can be related with fascia, dura mater or upper vertebras shifting due to your traumas. So good chiropractitioner to the rescue. And also this book might be helpful for you! https://www.amazon.com/Brain-Fog-Mysteries-Functional-Throughout-ebook/dp/B0791LS77Y/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1538390239&sr=8-1&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=rothstein+book+fog
I guess you are right I’m not taking a lot of the stuff you mentioned. As for the b vitamin, I double checked it is a b complex. Ive spent so much money on tests and different vitamins. If I knew it would help I would for sure try the curcumin you mention. The curcumin I’m taking is pretty cheap: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0112M60KI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_0mfTAbNN1TKZ0
As for the things you’ve listed I’ve had a lot of blood work to check those things, tried a diet, more sleep, not drinking, exercise. One thing that really sets me off is being at work. I believe the Florescent lighting there causes my brain fog get much worse. I’m on a parasite cleanse now to see if that does anything.
Oh alright, I don't know a whole lot about the medical system in Brazil, I assumed it was social healthcare as well.
In regards to the b12 capsules, if your brainfog is a result of a deficiency a low dosage like that won't help. Vitamin B12 is absorbed by the mucous membranes in your mouth and a very small part of your lower digestive tract. B12 is also only slightly absorbed so you will want to get a very high dosage per tablet if you want to treat it.
I've taken 1000 ug tablets 3x a day for the last 2 days, it's still too early to say it helped with anything, I'll have to observe more. But objectively I wouldn't say that it did.
If you end up getting some with a higher dosage get dissolving tablets that you place under your tongue and keep them there as long as possible, this way you maximize the absorption.
I purchased these: https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B01AG3V4Q4
