Well short answer- yes. Quite easy in fact, it's called emulators. Basically what they are is running a phone on your computer, you control it with your keyboard and mouse, and makes you incredibly over powered on any FPS game.

The best emulator is BlueStacks, it works really well, and is really easy to install as well.

Just go to https://www.bluestacks.com/ , and just click the download button, then run the file, and go through the installing process.

Then you have a phone on your computer. Just run BlueStacks, head over to Google Play, install Call of Duty: Mobile, and play.

Sure! Panda Gamepad Pro is a keymapper app for gamepads. It's just like octopus but without the risk of getting banned. I used it before because I did not had a PS or xbox controller and I'm using it now because of this. I have been using it for at least 2 years now for my mobile games like PUBG, COD, Dead by daylight, etc...

There is another keymapper app named Mantis and it works fine too, but I rather use Panda.

I've been using a VPN called Speedify that claims it will use wifi and data to maximize speed and to back the other up in case one drops off or dips out for a second. For me it seems to play better when using the vpn. No sponsorship, just a suggestion.

I bought an app called Panda Gamepad Pro. It works for COD, but the app requires a PC. I'm waiting for my Panda Activator to arrive so I can ditch the PC activation process.

Speedify VPN on Android works for me. My wifi is so bad that I can't even log onto the game without it but it's completely fine with it on. It duplexes your wifi and mobile connections for more speed if you need it. And you can always try another server and see if it helps.

Those are the ones I'm using right now. I have no others to compare them to yet but so far they've been great and I can recommend them. I've also ordered like 4 others to try to find the best ones. The rest haven't been delivered yet.
