Along with a water pump, drip spike "carots", and the appropriate size tubing.
If you have the ability, this is a great little light that doesn't use much power at all.
A photo will grow as long as you want in veg state, till you flip to flower.
An auto has a lifespan by a few months.
I've not tried to bonsai an auto yet, but many have with great success.
Use this

Also, may wanna replant it into just a larger thing to avoid root bounding. But other than that natural light a a breeze is fine
I mean wait until you know you need the space in the tent. But that 5th in there is going to make moving them even harder. Just from the layout perspective. But let the plants decide. I know it sounds terrible. But sometimes you have to kill one. (Gasp)
I reminded a friend recently that she planned to slash burn and incinerate hers soon enough ;)
Nothing to stop you from topping then again. But the autos have kind of a definitive veg cycle right? Very different than the “unlimited” topping you can do with a photo in 24 light.
So I think the strategy might be to not mess with them more than you have to - as each touch point will require recovery time and take way from veg growth and slow the cycle time. But I know I’ve read some grow reports where someone has done so. If I pass I’ll link.
I use these 8” saucers and these drainage discs to help moving everyone around. The 6” saucers might have worked as well but I have a few 1.5gal Honor bags that I wanted to be able to accommodate too.
ya thanks! i'm pretty positive i will need more than luck to flower though. im real tight on funds, and i think i should be able to get a "proper" light at the end of the month or next month, but they do actually seem to respond really well to it so far, even with the cfl beside it.
but, for flowers, very possibly a good nope. hoping for something like this. anyone have a real recommendation about that price for 3 x 3 flowering chamber?
