Let's say you pull 20 times on a 3% banner = 1000db without a guarenteed SSR step your probability to not pull any SSR is still 54.3794% !!!

With a 5% chance it is 35.8486% to not pull an SSR with 1000dbs.

So every third player will not get any SSR when pulling for 1000dbs. Sounds crazy!

However this is just statistic. It's quite simple: Every time you pull a player you have a chance of 3% or 5% to pull an SSR. It won't get better even if you pulled 2000 times withput getting an SSR. Your 2001st pull will also have a 3% or 5% chance. (Just imagine you have to pull one little ball out of a big bag conatining 100 of those balls and you hope you pull one out of just 3 special balls).

Well, in fact it's more a VPN than a proxy. Personally I use OpenVPN https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.openvpn.openvpn together with a service i've suscribed otherwise, that also offer vpn access, and works with CT. But you should be able to use free ones, even if they might be slower.
