My advice would be to study it topic by topic. A topic that I like to start with is "What is the One True Church?" Here is a blog posting that allows you to read about it in your Bible: https://wordpress.com/stats/day/christiansundivided.wordpress.com
Is there a specific topic that you would want more details on? Let me know, I'd be glad to help!
I also like to listen to these Catholic Answers playlists while I'm working on things: https://www.youtube.com/user/catholiccom
This might seem like a strange question, but are you male or female? I only ask because that can make a difference when looking at this from a Jungian perspective, seeing Mary as a manifestation of the 'Anima' in your dreams. This isn't as hard-sciencey an answer as I'd normally want to give, and the science isn't really super strong yet on dreams, but Jung has to me always been very informative in dream analysis, though of course no one system's gonna be perfect...yet. >By being agnostic, she is saying she believes in God, or at least a higher power.
Not really. Agnostics normally either do not know if God exits or do not believe it can be known if God exists or not.

I'm an atheist and I've been married to a Catholic for 15 years and had 5 kids, so it definitely can work. The Church has few objections to such a marriage and it is just a simple formality to to make arrangements for it.
The Catholic Women’s Bible has different meditations pertaining to the women in the Old and New Testament and does an admirable job in showing how the Church has uplifted and respected women from the beginning. Here’s a link to it on Amazon!
Download a free .pdf copy of a book titled "True Devotion to Mary" by Saint Louis de Montfort. It outlines and explains the many reasons why Mary is so significant in the Catholic faith.

It may not be as direct as you are looking for but St. Faustinas Diary is a pretty good one that will cover this subject.

I found this one for 32 dollars. https://www.amazon.com/Holy-Bible-Douay-Rheims-Catholic-Translation/dp/B081XKG6QR
Also I've never done an email transfer so you might have to fill me in on how this works. Or if it would be easier for you to order it and have it shipped to me my address is Dustin Cornett 187 Ogden Gap Rd Hindman Ky 41822. I've never had a stranger offer to do something like this for me. I really do appreciate your kindness.
Pray about it. Ask for the guidance of the Holy Spirit. When you turn your thoughts to this thing you’re considering do you feel excitement, peace, contentment? Or do you feel anxiety, fear, a sense of dread? When you consider the alternative do you feel relief, or a sense of loss?
Pray this way each day for some time until the Holy Spirit makes God’s will for you clear.
I highly recommend Fr. Timothy Gallagher’s books on Ignatian discernment and if you have the opportunity, speak with a spiritual director.
They are in four volumes. Looks like you can still order volume 2 on Amazon, not sure about the rest

I got copies of all of them years ago

The best Bible translation out there is the New Revised Standard Bible.
The best web resource is Bible Hub. You can get into excellent Hebrew and Greek dictionaries, concordances, and helpful information
My advice it that as you begin to study scripture do not approach it as a theology textbook. It isn’t. It also isn’t an instruction manual that tells you how to get to heaven. That’s not what the Bible is.
Rather study the narrative, the big stories it tells. The. Bible is a library of (primarily) stories that engage and advance grand stories about who God is, what God is doing, how God is asking humans to be his agents and coworkers, how Jesus fulfilled Gods promises, and what all of this is leading to in new creation.
I don't see the link for this, and since you may have intended it, I will include it here:

And since this is a Rosary topic, I've been very fond of ordering rosaries as special gifts directly from the Vatican, utilizing the Pope's Blessing option:
I would encourage you to at least check out the following talk by Catholic biblical scholar and theologian, Dr Brant Pitre where he draws upon scripture in support of the papacy and its Jewish foundation. The talk is titled “Jesus and Jewish Roots of the Papacy” https://youtu.be/xl3pD4l0K5U.
The talk preceding his was by former Baptist Steve Ray based in his book “Upon This Rock: St. Peter and the Primacy of Rome in Scripture and the Early Church” https://www.amazon.com/dp/0898707234/
Here is the fatality rate data (and there is also a direct source link to CDC.gov): https://tallahasseereports.com/2020/09/26/cdc-releases-updated-covid-19-fatality-rate-data/
There is no rational basis for that concern. Show me data on the covid related virus of the early 21st century showing long term health complications greater than those caused by the influenza.
And here is a video you must watch (was banned from YouTube, the so called “open platform”). It shows just how deadly this position of full-throttle unsupported concern can be. It shows the millions of lives we are ruining because people want to speculate about ‘what if’s’ that have no footing in precedent knowledge. Trust me, I get that it can be scary, but to act out of fear and not rationality (reptilian versus neo-cortex), is to cause more harm than what you feared.

Chadwick's "East and West: The Making of a Rift" is a good one. Whether or not one would say it is "the" book, well, I don't think there is one.

I have insanely sensitive skin so wearing my miraculous medal can be hard without breaking into a rash. I have used this item for some of my jewelry and that’s helped a lot. It provides a protective barrier which may help. I use it to coat my earrings too as i get reactions too.
Best of luck.

Catholic psychotherapist here. The monsignor at my church co-wrote a book on depression along with a psychiatrist. I thought it has some interesting ideas on how to blend your spiritual life with basic mental health principles. IMO spirituality and faith easily blends with mental wellness along ideas of surrender, mindfulness, etc.
I think you will like this book. The Return of The Prodigal Son By Henri Nouwen https://www.amazon.com/Return-Prodigal-Son-Story-Homecoming/dp/0385473079/ref=mp_s_a_1_1?dchild=1&keywords=the+return+of+the+prodigal+son+by+henri+nouwen&qid=1597459192&sprefix=the+ret&sr=8-1
I just got this book https://www.amazon.com/Catholic-Catalogue-Field-Guide-Daily/dp/1101903171/ref=sr_1_1?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1483311217&sr=1-1&keywords=catholic+catalogue. Interesting stuff. It even delves into subjects that arent typical of a "Living like a Catholic" type books, but still very relevant. Examples : how does a Catholic select a tatoo (if they so wish to have one, they are not encouraged or forbidden). How to make a Mary Garden, How to make a confession (a more common subject). It goes though the holidays/feast days as well.
