Buying the volumes/DVD/Blu-ray s from amazon.co.jp is easy, around a month ago when I got mine they were all in stock both the regular and limited editions as well as the Blu-rays.

You don't have to be crazy and buy everything like me but even 1 thing helps, I recommend to everyone to at least get volume 10 limited edition for the invitation bonus, it's great:
